Pros: Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment to stay in. Great value for money in a good quiet location, just up from the beach. We have been coming to Praia dos averios for twenty years now, and stayed here this time round. Thank you very much!

My family is satisfied with the time spent. I recommend it!

Pros: Everything was as agreed. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, and there is a large terrace. The location is close to the coastline, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach. I highly recommend it!

Heerlijke plek, vlakbij prachtige stranden, ruim en mooi appartement

Pros: Locatie, super plekje. Mooi appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaar.

Cons: Terras is erg mooi en groot, maar mag wel even opgefrist, was een beetje rommelig. Ik denk dat we de eerste weer waren die het gebruikten ma de winter, maar er was niet geveegd, de tafel was vies en er was geen doekje of iets om het schoon te maken. Binnen ziet het er super uit, buiten heeft weer even liefde nodig.

Gezellig en ruim appartement op goede locatie.

Pros: Ruim appartement, goed bed, badkamer met inloopdouche en wasmachine, goed uitgeruste keuken. Groot TVscherm (helaas geen Nederlandse zenders) en goed werkende WiFi. Vraag wèl even naar het juiste WiFi-netwerk en wachtwoord. Wachtwoord op de router klopt niet!! Groot terras met ligbedden, in het najaar en winter pas s middags een paar uurtjes zon. Elke week schone handdoeken en schone lakens. De locatie is prima, vlakbij het strand (via lange trap bij het hotel) en leuk restaurantje Frankie's. De Strip is op loopafstand. Contact met verhuurder is prettig. Jose Anjo reageerde snel en vriendelijk op vragen via berichtjes.

Cons: Geen Nederlandse TVzenders. Terrasset niet heel stevig voor wat zwaardere personen, ligbedden zijn wèl stevig. Schoonmaak kan iets beter m.n. koelkast/vriezer en oven.
