Peaceful and Happy.
Pros: Location is everything but you want your stay to be comfortable and hassle free. This place is all those things.
Cons: One criticism which was our fault because we didn't do anything about it by not notifing the staff. The fob key for the gate at the back of the property with access to the beach didn't work. As I said our fault because we never said anything to the staff. We didn't think it was a biggy and my wife likes me to get my steps in.

Wonderful stay with some issues needing sorting out
Pros: The location is superb. Plenty of restaurants, bars, night life and beautiful beaches. It is really a perfect spot. We loved the amenities in the one bedroom apartment. Washer and dryer a big plus.
Cons: Only had one key, fob didn’t work for the back gate, shower drain constantly clogging causing a lot of water on the bathroom floor, small issues but should be sorted out.

A little slice of heaven.
Pros: The location and the apartment were very modern and comfortable.
Cons: Albuferia has it all beaches, golf courses, and a great nightlife.

I would definitely love to return to Quinta da barracuda, and I would recommend it.
Pros: Apartment was spotless, it had a washing machine dryer and dishwasher which are all a bonus. Kitchen was very well equipped, it had every utensil you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Beautiful beach only 5 min walk away. But if you have difficultly walking there is a slight hill walk back to the apartment. It was no problem for our family. The main strip with plenty of shops bars and restaurants is only a 5-10 min walk. Plenty of tuk tuks if you did not want to walk and Ubers are very reasonably priced only €4 to old town. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
Cons: Cannot fault this apartment at all

Pros: Es war echt super, gute Lage und auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Großer Balkon mit Blick zum Pool und Meer.
Cons: Die Matratzen waren echt hart und durchhängend, , die gehörten mal getauscht.

Pros: Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Appartementgelände. Bereits vor der Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett kontaktiert. Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert.
Cons: Das eine oder andere könnte repariert werden, aber nicht der Rede wert.

Cons: Lo único negativo es el sofá cama que es incomodísimo, muy fino y se clava absolutamente todo.

Excelente local para famílias
Pros: Da localização, perto da Oura mas não tão perto que te tire o sossego. Do acesso direto à praia dos alemães e consequentemente dos Aveiros, INATEL e Pescadores. Da calma, sossego e limpeza do empreendimento. Da piscina. Do estacionamento privado.
Cons: Existiram pequenas coisas que estão avariadas do uso dos hóspedes e que devem ser substituídas, como é o caso do isqueiro do fogão que não funciona, não somos fumadores e na primeira noite que queríamos cozinhar não conseguimos arranjar quem tivesse isqueiro. As chaleiras para aquecer a água não funcionam, uma delas deita a eletricidade abaixo no quadro elétrico. O microondas não tem prato. Na verdade, são pequenas coisas que não interferiram com uma excelente estadia.
