Pros: The villa is amazing like home from home , host Claudia and her husband were very helpful. Location excellent for new year 2 mins to the beach.Would highly recommend.

Cons: Pool was freezing to cold to use. Woukd of loved to have had fun in there with our family. Car park extremely tight if you hire estate car like we did.

Apartment is fabulous great location and great host would definitely stay again

Pros: loved the location, the view was stunning and the old town and the beach only a stroll away. Double bed was very comfy and great shower with lots of hot water.

Cons: Road noise was a little irritating and the single beds were uncomfortable

Pros: Super clean, excellent friendly and responsive host. Terrific views and great location. Also, it's huge!

Cons: There's a dog over the road which barked...a lot! Not Claudia's fault of course and the noise could be drowned out by putting the air con on.

Fantastic apartment in an ideal location

Pros: The property was absolutely perfect for our family. We hadn’t realised the apartment was on three levels including a roof terrace, it was lovely. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms too which was fab. Couldn’t recommend Claudia and her apartment anymore, will definitely be back!

Pros: Claudia was there to meet us even though it was getting late in the evening when we arrived,we didn't need to call on Claudia for anything as she provided us with all the relevant information at that point.and it wasn't our first visit to Albuferia.Very near to Old town. Very comfortable beds. There could have been more towels provided. We were there in late October but I think there could be an issue with noise at peak season as it does seem that the walls are quite thin,you can hear other people talking in other apartments and doors closing etc.

Pros: Fantastic property to stay in, close to old town, beach, restaurants etc. Very clean with everything you need, home from home. Lovely outdoor terraces and pool area. Booked again for next year Claudia was a great host 😊

An enjoyable stay in a great location. I’ll be recommending the place to friends and family.

Pros: Excellent location in terms of proximity to the Old Town and the beach as well as transportation, with the tuk tuk rank a 5 min walk away. Small Supermarket also a short distance away. The property itself was well presented, clean and modern. Nice kitchen with amenities, 2 bedrooms with en-suite and a downstairs toilet. Great outdoor spaces too including a roof terrace complete with table & chairs and a BBQ. Nice pool area also, with a large pool that is shared between the 12 villas. It was never crowded and well maintained.

Cons: Nothing. It exceeded the expectations of the group.
