Pros: Located in a lovely quiet area but still very close to everything. Ivo is a great host and always available and the apartment is lovely and spacious

Perfect property for a family stay!

Pros: Very spacious, clean, easy parking, nice pool area. Location is fantastic too with plenty of bars, restaurants, groceries, and overall amenities around within a few minutes walk or drive.

Cons: I really can't think of anything. Great property!

Great stay, with beautiful weather that wasn't too hot (sadly, the water wasn't warm either, :P)

Pros: Great host. Ivo gave us a lot of tips on where to go, what to visit, and even which restaurant to go to for dinner. The apartment is clean and cozy; you get everything you need.

Cons: Maybe the neighborhood is a bit too loud, but we were expecting it. However, the apartment is in a corner where sound doesn't reach easily.

Pros: Nice quiet apartment 👌. Good pool, nice & relaxing 😌 😎. 10min walk to beach ⛱️.

Fabulous one bedroom ground floor apartment with pool view.

Pros: Location, pool was fabulous, terrace with seating was in the shade which is perfect for summer months and outdoor eating. Very clean and well managed. A little container of shampoo etc and couple tablets for washing machine a nice touch.

Cons: Nothing.

A relaxing family break. Friendly welcoming owner provided helpful tips about the area.

Pros: Great location, quiet neighbourhood, newly refurbished and well equipped apartment. Comfy beds. Good aircon. We enjoyed the outside table/ chairs where we had breakfast each morning. Pool lovely and sparkling clean. Easy walk to beach, convenience stores and restaurants.

Pros: The house is situated in a pleasant neighborhood in Albufeira, within a 10-15 minute walk to both the beaches and the city center. Having a separate building facing the pool added a nice touch of privacy.

Cons: What could be improved: The pool was unusable during our stay due to a lack of cleaning, which was disappointing as it was one of the advertised features. Regular maintenance should be ensured. The beds were all single, which isn't ideal for couples. Offering a mix of bed types could make the accommodation more versatile. The house had limited natural light, making it feel a bit gloomy in the winter months. This may be beneficial in summer, but some adjustments (e.g., better lighting) could improve year-round comfort. We accidentally got locked outside because the door locks automatically. Adding clear instructions or a warning about the locking mechanism would be helpful. Basic provisions like enough toilet paper, salt, pepper, and cooking oil were missing, which are standard expectations for a week's stay. Providing a starter kit for guests would greatly enhance the experience.

Would love to visit again. Ivo is a wonderful host.

Pros: The apartment has been recently renovated and is beautiful. We overlooked the pool on our balcony. Everything was in perfect order. Great shower. Supermarket close by. Short walk to beach and old town.

Perfect stay for a group!

Pros: It was lovely very modern and well furnished. Very close to the new town and old town, right in the middle which was very convenient and perfect for a girls trip. The owner was very nice and more than accommodating. Highly recommend
