Pros: Location is very good. Walking distance to the old town and has easy access to supermarket, nice places for breakfast and has a free parking in front of the building.
Cons: Bedroom window is facing the street and can be noisy at times late at night. However once the window is closed it’s better. We were there early June and the weather was cool enough and apartment was very comfortable. So it didn’t affect our experience.

Very Pleasant Stay! Would go again.
Pros: Great location. Very close to numerous shops and restaurants.... and two supermarkets... all very handy and reasonable prices too.. About a 10-15 minute walk to old town and/or the beach. Apartment was not large but plenty big enough for a couple, well equipped and quite comfortable. Our host Bruno was quick to respond when we did have a couple of minor issues. Lovely pool and terrace although it was too cool for swimming while we were there. We were there for nearly two weeks and wishing we had stayed longer.
Cons: Walls are a little thin... can sometimes hear other guest talking and moving about... and bedroom is right on a busy street so there can be a little road noise. Bathroom shower walls grouting should be cleaned (a little mold developing). No central heating or air conditioning so it could be a little warm in the summer or cool some nights in winter although Bruno does provide a fan and small heater.

Cons: To be fair I was told about it but still found it difficult every time to open the front door.

A nice budget stay in Albufeira near a nice beach
Pros: The location, facilities in the apartment, and the access to swimming pool.
Cons: The cleaning of the apartment was not great ! We had to reclean all the dishes before using them ! The coffee maker was not clean enough to be used directly !

Pros: location was excellent, really easy walking access to all the facilities on offer in Albufeira. Great access to the pool area (straight out the living room door). Kitchen is well equipped and a good enough size for four adults, or a family of four, a very large bedroom, and the sitting area was adequate for the needs of a young family. It's a great apartment for a couple or young family wishing to spend time at the poolside or out on the town. Plenty of towels provided for the guests. Located less than a minute from Pingo doce supermarket, and loads of restaurants, shops etc...
Cons: unfortunately the pool was out of use when we arrived, Bruno the host let us know in advance of our arrival, again, unfortunately contractors began working on the building façade resulting in us having little or no access to natural daylight due to work being carried out on both sides of the building, we contacted Bruno to alert him (these activities were completely outwith his control), he took the time to come and meet with us and resolved the situation very amicably. Shower room was a bit tired.
