Ubicación y comodidad excelentes, pero atención del anfitrión mejorable

Pros: Lo mejor de la estancia en Playa de Aveiros fue, sin duda, la comodidad y la ubicación: la playa estaba literalmente a un paseo andando, y desde allí se podía llegar a cualquier sitio sin necesidad de coche. El alojamiento tenía una piscina muy agradable, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y el sitio era tranquilo para dormir. Además, el chiringuito de la playa se comía bien, lo que hacía todo más fácil, y el aparcamiento no fue ningún problema, ya que había sitio y, en caso contrario, siempre se podía dejar el coche en la calle sin complicaciones.

Cons: Lo que menos nos gustó fue la falta de atención del anfitrión: no hubo bienvenida ni explicación sobre el uso de las llaves, algo que creemos importante para empezar la estancia con comodidad. La televisión no funcionaba (aunque no nos supuso un gran problema porque llevábamos portátil), había varias bombillas fundidas, el internet era lento y el wifi llegaba mal, en parte porque al router le faltaban dos antenas. Contactamos a través de Booking y respondió de manera cordial, facilitando un teléfono, pero lo hizo cuando ya llevábamos media estancia, por lo que decidimos apañarnos. En general, para el precio que se paga, se esperaría un trato más cercano y una mayor preocupación por el bienestar de los huéspedes.

Tolle Lage wir kommen wieder

Pros: Wir waren scheinbar die ersten Mieter der Wohnung. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter welcher sich um die kleinen Mängel sofort und unkompliziert gekümmert hat👍Grosszügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Einrichtung, bequemen Betten, viel Stauraum und einer Küche welche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Aussicht auf das nahe Meer und die Badebucht mit dem familiären Restaurant könnte nicht besser sein. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es hat genügend Parkplätze. Es hat kein Balkon aber die Glasschiebetüre lässt sich breit öffnen, fast wie draussen sitzen, zudem gibt es natürlich auch den Pool mit Liegestühlen.
