Brilliant, very accommodating for 24 men

Pros: Staff were great Rooms were big, with a balcony Lots of loungers by the pool Pool bar Cheap Clean What more can I say, great hotel!!!

Cons: The unexpected cash deposit but this was soon resolved, cash point nearby

We enjoyed our stay, except for the cold pool temp and bathroom wheelchair access issues

Pros: Great facilities and location - sufficiently far away from party central.

Cons: Pool was too cold - needs solar heating. Bathroom wheelchair access could be improved with more appartments having walk in showers. Our apartment had a bidet which is not necessary and takes up too much room in the bathroom.

Pros: Was a lovely hotel. We had a 2bed apartment and it was very spacious with all the accessories you could possibly need even lunch boxes for storage. There were two bathrooms and two balconies. Was close proximity to everything but far enough away to be in quiet area. Good pool for babies separate to larger pool.

Cons: Check could be later, 11 very early Very strict no ball allowed in pool.

Amazing stay...will be staying again

Pros: Everything. Staff friendliness, cleanliness, facilities, location, services, how accommodating the staff were with a room request, great having a gym on site, not too far from the strip but far enough away to not be bothered by it.

Cons: €300 euro deposit in cash. I don't carry much cash on holiday anymore and just use card. Wouldn't mind paying the deposit by card but think the cash deposit should be rethought.

Pros: The hotel location , the full breakfast and the wonderful hotel facilities. We have stayed twice previously at the Vila Petra.

Cons: One morning my partner was rudely sent away from the breakfast because she could not see our booking for the breakfast. The female staff showed no empathy, or or even suggested what he could to do resolve - until I went to reception where the very helpful kind Maria confirmed our booking. He was left very embarrassed by the lady accepting guests to the breakfast room.
