Excellent value, our family had a great stay.

Pros: Excellent value, very spacious and well equipped. Staff were very helpful as well.

Pros: The Villa the location and facilities were excellent.

Cons: It was a real hassle and quite stressful to arrive at the Villa then have to navigate to the Marina with all your luggage to collect keys. There is a key box at the front door, not sure why you can't get access that way. This would really put us off in the future if this process isn't changed. Shower in main bedroom didn't work, either freezing or scalding hot. Didn't report that as already had maintenance out twice to fix patio doors that wouldn't open and kitchen light fitting that fell off the ceiling. There were two other showers to use so just made do.

Excellent stay in a lovely villa

Pros: Loved the Villa very nice and spacious. Pool was perfect too and bathroom facilities nice and big

Cons: On first arrival extremely difficult to find. Uber’s will drop you off further down the road so hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. If it helps anyone in the future get to the roundabout and it is right on the corner

Pros: Very modern and comfortable had everything that was needed

Good, comfortable property for larger groups but needs a proper refurb inside and out

Pros: Nice and spacious. However, (and I say this as a multiple property owner and investor who has rentals across London, Spain and Portugal) - it needs a refurb other than a couple of bathrooms. Also pool was murky and lots of sand in the bottom which the pool cleaner needs to sort out. Poor quality, old and damaged garden furniture and cheap furniture internally. Spend a bit more - get a bit more in terms of income.

Cons: Furniture and fittings not great quality and quite a bit of damage. Bed linen quality poor. Again - you keep doing it on the cheap, you get lower income. Old Village area (we are currently buying properties on Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo) is popular and you make the investment, you get it back. I was on a girl’s weekend and it was a ‘value’ property on a fairly last minute booking for us but not one I would book again based on the pool, quality of furniture and fittings etc

Absolutely lovely villa with good location.

Pros: The villa is lovely and spacious with a massive garden and pool, excellent for pool days and sitting in the sun. The location is brilliant, with a food and shops only a few hundred metres away. Villamoura itself is about a 15/20 minute walk or a few minute in a taxi.
