We had a great time and the location was superb.

Pros: Location was excellent an only a 10 min walk to both beach and supermarket.

Cons: The property was showing signs of ageing and could do with an additional bathroom to suit the 5 bedrooms.

Fantastic and would highly recommend

Pros: Location was excellent - pool was fantastic. Lovely grounds surrounding the property and very close to club house amenities. Great sized property

Cons: Needs new pillows, lack of information about the villa within the property itself. Patio doors and windows are a little dated and hard to open/close. Dinning room table and chairs need replacing as quite wobbly

Cons: Collecting the key on Sunday was not so easy; wasn’t given a code for the security box.

Pros: Location perfect, pool area brilliant, very well kitted out with everything you’d need in kitchen

Cons: You could do with better knives, they were so blunt. And more dishwasher tablets and bin bags as we had to buy them - usually for a weeks stay you don’t have to

Our stay at at Royal Course Villa was amazing! Great hosts, stunning location and a beautiful property.

Pros: Beautiful villa with amazing facilities. Very good location. The villa is great for families, especially with small children. Hosts were extremely helpful.

Cons: The property was great, we had no complaints. However going up a flight of stairs is required to enter the main villa and access the pool area from the front of the property. This wasn’t much of an issue for us though may not be as suitable for those with disabilities or the elderly.

Fantastic location near Golfclub and beach. Excellent for families!

Pros: Fantastic location near gorgeous golf club and 10 min walk from beach and 15 min walk from supermarket . Beautiful and spacious living room, kitchen and outdoor area with wonderful pool and plenty outdoor dining tables and comfortable sun beds. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms.

Cons: Electricity jumped off as soon as several appliances would run simultaneously. Dishwasher door needs to be fixed to allow proper opening and closing

Pros: Breakfast was not included - it was self catering. Location was superb , close to the beach , restaurants and supermarket.

Great location for a family holiday, lots to do in the area with everything at your doorstep.

Pros: Great location just ten minutes walk to the beach and ten mins to the supermarket. Three minutes to the Vale do Lobo reception area with gym and chemist on site. Outdoor area of villa very nice and spacious with great furniture and good sized pool. Loads of space indoors with good sized kitchen and large tables both indoors and outdoors. Sky TV and Netflix also very handy.
