Fantastic villa

Pros: Lovely pool and gardens. The size of all the rooms was excellent. Beautiful furnishings. Overall, the property was very clean and bright and presented very well. Good security as most windows and doors had shutters, which can be easily locked when you go out. Full size fridge freeze (ice dispenser didn't work). More than a home from home. In a quiet area but there are some neighbouring properties. You'll need a car to get to the shops. Good communications with the owners throughout our stay and they offered to put right most problems immediately had we wanted.

Cons: Cleanliness of some of the plates and cutlery. Lack of cleaning equipment and basic essentials for cooking. The air conditioning stopped working very early on, but as it wasn't unbearably hot outside, it wasn't a big issue. Some of the plants leading down to the rear of the property are overgrown and scrape along the side of the car, making it a little disconcerting and worrying when you have a hire car. There is no safe in the villa.

Pros: Great property & location , you definitely need a car , it’s very peaceful & tranquil. Re modernised to a good standard with marble & granite features .

Cons: A slight sewer smell in downstairs toilet in the morning but after bleaching seemed to do the trick.

Pros: The location was very quiet and private. A beautiful villa with private pool, was perfect for a family holiday. We were able to travel into Vilamoura and other nearby towns as we had hired a car (taxis are easy to access I believe). There's a little restaurant within walking distance if you don't want to drive or travel into Quarteira or Vilamoura. You can also use Uber Eats I believe. The Villa was very spacious with adjoining bathrooms to each room. Each bathroom is larger than a typical ensuite. There are all utilities such as washing machine, oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryers, TV (Netflix, Prime etc). Large dining tables inside and out. There are shops nearby for everything you need. The pool area is lovely, with lots of beautiful flowers and plants to create a really tranquil, private experience. Balconies with beautiful views.

Cons: The only minor issue may be location. If you want to get around you will need a car or taxi. It is a flight path but we only noticed planes in the afternoon and they didn't bother us at all.

Cons: Liked the location for our stay, but concerned now about the noise when the theme park opens.

Lovely 10 nights stay. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet private place.

Pros: The accommodation was modern, spacious and clean. Good size bedrooms with en-suite. It was really nice to have a private pool.

Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement

Pros: Tout était parfait. Les chambres ainsi que les salles de bain étaient propres. De même que pour tout le reste de la maison. La piscine était bien entretenue et le jardin bien aménagé. Rien à dire de négatif.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Villa was spacious and clean. Lots of added touches like Bluetooth mirrors, straighteners, Netflix and Disney and ice maker on the fridge freezer!

Cons: Garden could do with a tidy up. A lot of ants by the pool area. Umbrella was broken. Bad smell coming from drains in the downstairs toilet but sorted if you run the taps for a while.

Pros: C'était très bien belle maison très spacieuse, moderne et agréable, les petits déjeuner devant la piscine parfait, je recommande

Cons: Il manque des tele dans les chambres, et de la lessive, à part ça c était super.je recommande

Beautiful house, could use some additional furniture.

Pros: Came with a cat that we named Priscilla. She likes canned cat food and cheese. Hope guests continue to feed her as she is a living happy cat. FY I she likes to sleep in the sofa.

Cons: Smell from the shower in the laundry room.
