Excellent property for a multi-generational family holiday

Pros: The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and outdoor space, gym and lower ground floor relaxation space with tv, bar and full size snooker table.

Overall it was a great holiday and an excellent place to stay.

Pros: Everything was great about the villa. Very clean. Pool was great.

Cons: Could do with better snooker cues and the pool was pretty dirty by the end of the week.

We had a fabulous holiday in the Algarve and despite a few issues would recommend staying here.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The children loved the pool which was warm and deep. There were a few pool toys which was a nice bonus. The games room was well equipped along with the gym, although only used once by my son. We had everything we needed and it was only a short walk to the nearest shop. The terrace and outside areas were lovely to sit at. The air con worked very well. I have to mention Marcela who was a fabulous host. She responded to my messages quickly and dealt with problems when they arose. Thank you Marcela.

Cons: We did have a couple of problems during our stay. We didn’t have WiFi initially and the electric went another day. These were both sorted. The villa is a bit dated and could probably have a bit of money spent on the bedrooms and bathrooms for the price you pay. We didn’t see the pool maintenance man during our stay (although apparently he comes at 6am) and the pool got very cloudy as the week went on despite using the outside shower prior to getting in. I only ended up having one swim whereas the children weren’t too put off by it thankfully. I’m not sure it was checked during our stay but nothing changed in the week. We did think about messaging Marcela again but were hopeful each day someone would come and we had already bothered her with other issues so didn’t.

A really nice villa that was excellent for our needs.

Pros: Location was excellent. Snooker table. Size and space of villa as well as great pool and was well resourced facilities.

Cons: The pillows were not great I’m afraid - some proper new bed pillows would be a great addition. Please also replace the tips on snooker cues. Noise from next door was a real issue on some of our nights. We had two small children and party nights into the early hours was a little disrespective, even after we went to respectfully ask for them to quieten down after midnight.

Wonderful villa

Pros: Fonte Santa villa was better than we ever could have imagined. The host was exceptional and the villa is enormous with a brilliant family friendly layout. It's so safe with lots of parking and a lovely warm pool. We wouldn't hesitate to go back

Great stay - we'd love to come back.

Pros: This villa is great, we all had a great time and we would love to return. The pool and garden is lovely, lots of seating areas, very well equipped with everything you'll likely need for a holiday. The air conditioning here is probably the best I've ever experienced. The location is far enough from Quarteira and Vilamoura for some peace and quiet, yet close enough to be able to drive/Uber in to the town for entertainment. We walked a few times, but it's a little too far to do every day/night, especially for young ones. The proximity to Lidl is great for picking things up throughout the stay. The waterpark is only 5-10 minutes drive away, too. All in all, we thought it was superb.

Cons: There wasn't really anything we didn't like here. One evening someone slipped over in the bath/shower, so one thing would be an option for a bath mat. We understand they're not the most hygienic things and it's only one of the baths that was slippy when wet, so we'll take our own from now on just in case. Might be something to consider.

A lovely restful week spending quality time with the family in beautiful surroundings

Pros: Excellent location. Well appointed. Lovely pool and garden area.

Cons: Too much wasted space downstairs that is not practical. For a villa for up to 10 people you need a bigger fridge. Put in an American fridge freezer where the side cupboard is and then you have a full pantry for food stuffs.

A 50 anniversary stay with family. we had a wonderful stay. Marcela the local contact could not have been more helpful.

Pros: Huge space for 8 adults and 4 young children. heated pool was brilliant.

Cons: nothing negative to say

Pros: Villa & pool were really good but we did have a few maintenance issues while we were there. Staff: Marcela (facilitator) & Diego (maintenance man) were really excellent.

Cons: Pool cover needs replacing; it was a real pain. We also had a water leak but it was fixed next day after local easter holiday.
