Cegonha Villa powered by Cegonha Resort- Private swimming pool & air con

Pretty much perfect.

Pros: Very large property, super comfortable beds and couches, beautiful outside area full of plants, very spacious villa and really clean, fully equipped kitchen.-

Cons: Weird smell in the bottom floor/ basement room.

The villa was excellent all round. Rene, the owner was very helpful and only a message away if we needed any help.

Pros: This property was well located- it was distant enough for quiet relaxation but not too far from the shops- which was very convenient. All rooms had air conditioning and has generous sized bedrooms with four bathrooms. The outdoor area was perfect by the pool as well as terraced outside dining area perfectly located next to the living area. Perfect for families and safe for kids with lots of space to run around and play. The kitchen has all modern appliances is spacious.

Pros: the villa when we got there was perfect, had pool and shower towels ready for use, there was AC in every room and a gym to make good use out of, the villa is close to beach and the towns of albuferia and very accessible. would highly recommend

The house was beautiful enough space for everyone and the host was excellent and very friendly

Pros: The whole villa was lovely and the host was very friendy, we used the bbq, the table was lovely to sit at and eat with everyone, the pool was very cold as we went in april but we still used it, there is a nice living space on top floor, we had disabled people with us which used the middle floor for easier access to the pool area and kitchen, ground floor has its own little kitchen and bathroom so if you have 4 people in a family on each floor it works out really well, we got ubers in to old town and aldi was not to far away to bring shopping in to house, we did this as soon as we arrived. We had one problem which the owner resolved as soon as we told him so we were very happy it was a smooth holiday. The people in Portugal were lovely and friendly, we would definitely love to come back and use the villa again and visit places we didn't get to see. I would recommend going to zoo marine for 2 days if you have children it was good fun and shows to watch there.

Cons: There were no bath mats to step out on to from showers or board games to play in the evening that is our only suggestions

A beautiful holiday

Pros: The building had a lot of space for all guests. The owner was very hands on and responded quickly to messages. The facilities were great and well maintained.

Cons: The washing machine may need to be moved inside the building for convenience. More pillows needed on the beds.

Perfect villa

Pros: Beautiful villa, very friendly host plenty of cooking equipment spacious pool couldnt complain, Rene was an absolute gentleman has a issue and he was there in 30 mins and sorted and couldn't apologise more seemed freshly painted this season. Would highly recommend for large family. Users always ready to take you in to town about 5 euro or to the harbour about 12 euro. Spa shop about 15 min walk for bread and milk plenty of choice.

Cons: Some seat cushions where quite old broke or stained but understandable with how booked and busy the villa gets still comfy to sit on just could do with a change but it's a minor fault absolutely no other negative opinions.

Pros: Stunning villa, spacious and tidy. Perfect for large families/groups who want to hang out together. The bar at the pool is a lovely touch, didn’t need to make to many trips to the kitchen! The Veranda is a beautiful space where you can enjoy slow coffee mornings and alfresco dinning later in the day.

Cons: Some bottled water on arrival would be great for future

Pros: great outdoor space … the pool area is great for the family of all ages to relax and enjoy the sun !

Cons: if I had to find a fault it would be the need for more kitchen utensils and serving plates ect but we easily got by .

All in all great villa, would stay again!

Pros: Host was very welcoming and friendly, the villa was perfect for what we needed and looks way better than what the photos show. Every floor has its own bathroom and all guests have their own room not just a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels and pool towels were supplied by the villa. The outdoor terrace is perfect for big groups to sit together in the evening or eat outside whilst still receiving some warmth from the sun. The gym has everything you could need for a workout and the location is 25min walk to the strip or a 5min drive which was perfect for cheap taxis.

Cons: Hot tub isn’t listed because it no longer works but is still visible in pictures. Take into consideration when booking. Only one parasol, I assume the others broke because bases were present. This made it difficult to get shade by the pool

Geweldige villa en host

Pros: Zeer mooie villa, met alles wat je nodig hebt om een onvergetelijke vakantie te beleven! Het zwembad was verfrissend en werd goed onderhouden. De kamers waren ruim en werden lekker gekoeld door de airco. Het overdekte terras was ideaal om met zijn allen lekker te eten. Renee zelf was een superhost! Een echte gastheer die ons warm verwelkomde met een rondleiding door het huis.
