100% satisfactory with this villa and location!

Pros: This villa is absolutely AMAZING!! The best part of this for me was that my mum, who is disabled and struggles going up and down any stairs, was able to go all over this villa with the ease of the lift and so never missed out. Whoever thought of adding this to the villa deserves a lot of credit! Going above and beyond for anyone who is disabled. I would recommend this property to everyone. Very enjoyable holiday for us all. The pool and jacuzzi were also amazing features and the owner was very helpful whenever we needed something. Thank you so much!

Cons: If there was anything that could have been a bit better, it would be that the doors did not slam at every gust of wind and it was less of an echo in the property. The sound of others within the villa could be heard around the whole property. However, I would still stay here again as all in all it was an incredible holiday!

Amazing

Pros: The location was fantastic - so close to the strip / beach / supermarkets. Really is a luxury villa, can’t wait to visit again.

Pros: Fantastic stay at this Villa, we stayed as a large group & couldn't complain about one thing. 10 minute walk to bars, shops & restaurants with a maximum 5 minute bolt journey to the strip. Also it was very clean & modern, with a good check in/out system using a lock box.

Pros: Couldn't fault it. If I needed something Ricardo was excellent. I liked everything in the villa.

Pros: Perfect villa for a large group. Very spacious, modern, and generally clean. Good location too for getting to the strip. Overall very good value for money.

Cons: There is a terrible infestation of ants in the kitchen. They are even in the fridge and every morning we’d have to bin food as the ants were all over it and even though we’d wrapped it, they still managed to get in. The whole worktop, no matter how clean, is covered in ants. There is also a problem with the hot tub and there is a lounging bed swing by the pool that is unusable.

Cons: A couple of the air condition units in the bedrooms didn’t work but apart from that all good.

Pros: The property looks great from the street and we were impressed as soon as we went through the front door. Great views and the pool level was stunning although a fridge on this level would be ideal. Bedrooms all air conditioned and cool, the shutter on a night meant you could sleep way past the sun coming up. We had the best holiday and would 100% stay here again.

Cons: A few of the fridge drawers and shelves were broken and needed replacing. We also could not connect our phones to the outside speaker although i did forget my own Bluetooth speaker so this is always an option. We could still hear the music but had to play it loud from one of the ground floor bedrooms.

Pros: This place is incredible. Its bigger than it looks on the advert and is in a great location for walking to the main strip in Albufeira (approx. 10 min walk). The whole place is brand new and rooms are a high spec with AC throughout. There is an internal lift for anyone with difficulty climbing steps. Host was very responsive on both booking.com messaging and whatsapp re. queries on checking in/out etc. I'll hopefully get to stay here again as it was a really brilliant stay and cannot recommend highly enough.

Cons: Not a complaint, but minor improvements could be - 1. maybe more information on what to do with the waste/rubbish would have been useful. 2. More kitchen utensils, cooking dishes etc as there is not a lot Also just for anyones information if planning to use the BBQ, to bring charcoal! Sounds obvious/stupid but something we didn't think about until we were already there!

Pros: Villa was outstanding. The facilities were exactly as described.

Zeer groot, maar de luxe faciliteiten deden het minder goed dan verwacht.

Pros: Het huis was enorm en erg luxueus. En de slaapkamers waren zeer comfortabel.

Cons: De jacuzzi deed het amper en had geen warm water. (Dit was niet van te voren aangegeven en in de beschrijving stond dag er wel een jacuzzi aanwezig was)
