Fantastic Holiday

Pros: We had an amazing time at Villa do Mar. It had everything we needed & more. It was very clean, spacious & great location. The host was very helpful & accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

Cons: Nothing!

Quite simply I would definitely go back

Pros: It was the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Nuno our host even left a welcome hamper for us with the essentials to get started before trying to get to a shop. The villa was spotlessly clean with regular cleaning days and towel and linen changing. The pool was fantastic and there is a supermarket a 3 minute walk away for all our requirements. It is the first holiday I've ever had where I didn't want to go home.

Cons: Not to talk the area down, as it was beautiful, or to put people off because it really was a beautiful villa and area, but travelling with fussy eaters unfortunately there wasn't a lot of dining options for us as most of the local restaurants serve mainly fish and steak dishes. Would have been heaven for me but alas the younger generation have the taste buds of fast food junkies!!!

Simply outstanding

Pros: The high rating of this property is completely justified. It completely met our needs as a family traveling with teenagers. We loved the traditional style of the villa, and the added extras with respect to the pool and games was a bonus. Add to the mix the cleanliness and location, and you have a winner. Not only will we return, but we will highly recommend to others!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The house was beautiful and comfortable. We were welcomed on arrival and felt at home right away. Everything was as described. In a lovely quiet area. The house had everything we needed. The pool, pool table and table tennis were big hits with the kids. Communication was excellent in advance and throughout our stay.

Fabulous location excellent property and easy to contact owner if needed anything would recommend for families

Cons: No pool towels but couldn’t fault otherwise

The perfect Villa for a relaxed Family Vacation

Pros: We loved everything about Villa do Mar. Pool perfect temperature, table tennis heavily used, rooms perfect for us 4. Bbq, pool table beautiful villa in a perfect location. Next time I hope to book for 40 years, do me nicely

Cons: Nothing, everything was just perfect

Pros: It was a lovely quiet area close to restaurants, beaches, and the supermarket. It's a beautiful, very clean villa that has everything you need.

Pros: Nuno the host greeted us when we arrived and provided lots of useful information for our stay. He was friendly, helpful and very accommodating for our early arrival. The villa was spotless, very roomy and in a great location. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor, all with their own bathrooms. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away as well as places to eat. Beaches are within walking distance too, I recommend Praia de galé which is a wonderful sandy beach, very clean and popular for surfers. Overall a wonderful stay for our first time in Portugal.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like

Pros: Fantastic large villa with heated pool, ideal for a family. Nice bonus of pool table and table tennis. Kitchen was very well equipped with lots of crockery, pans etc. everything you could need. Host was friendly and great comms

Pros: All round beautiful villa, great heated pool too, perfect location, as we visit this area yearly it was right in the doorstep of all our favourite restaurants, the supermarket and the beaches only a few minutes walk, smashing , very clean and self check in was perfect.
