Vila Balaia - Luxury Boutique Villas offers self-contained villas set within landscaped gardens with outdoor heated pool in the sea-side resort of Albufeira. It features immense green areas and provides access to a nearby golf-course. Renovated in 2020, all villas are fully equipped with air conditioning and decorated to a modern luxury standard with tasteful furnishings, featuring a living room with a flat-screen cable TV, master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. They open on to a furnished deck overlooking the gardens and the outdoor pool. Guests can also enjoy activities such as hiking and biking through the natural surroundings or a game of tennis in one of the 4 tennis courts. Pros: Beautiful apartment. Very clean .Swimming pool heated salt water - very nice, lovely gardens

Cons: €80 charge for late check in ( 10pm) - excessive charge - miscommunication with phone number

Pros: A beautiful, quiet oasis. Gorgeous landscape with a heated pool and all very private. Well equipped and the breakfast delivered each day was more than you could wish for.

Fantastic first holiday for our baby daughter

Pros: The apartments are beautiful. Really like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen and really comfortable living area. The breakfast is great - tasty fresh food delivered to your door every morning. The pool area is beautiful and kept very clean. The cleaner was fantastic. Claudia is the star of the show - she was just so helpful and so kind to our baby daughter. She makes this place 10/10

Beautiful secluded luxury paradise !

Pros: Beautifully presented. High end finishes. Huge bed very comfortable. Gorgeous private outdoor area and pool with sun loungers. Loved the plants and landscaping of the communal area. Lovely helpful host and daily cleaning.

Cons: We didn’t hire a car so a-bit further out but we didn’t mind as we like walking plus Ubers were very cheap and quick. The nearest lively areas are not to our taste anyway. (Old town Albufeira )

If you are looking for Paradise, look no further!

Pros: Beautiful surrounded villa and garden, very nice swimming pool, comfortable poolside beds and all the peace and quiet you want. The villa is splendid, everything you need is there, high quality decorated, nice bathroom and a superb and extremely big bed, we slept like a rose. Very polite and helpful staff and Claudia is the best, if need be, you can reach her always with every problem or question, even on the days she is not working!

Pros: The Villas were like home from home with every facility available. The setting with the gardens and the pool was beautiful . They were so comfortable and catered for our every need the bed was so comfortable .

Cons: The only downside if I can say that is the lack of facilities near by you had to walk or get a taxi to the nearest supermarket. It wasn’t a complaint at all but we didn’t realise this when we booked .
