Amazing stay at Villa Ruana!! ❤️

Pros: -Helpful staff -Spacious - Great facilities; jacuzzi, pool, ping pong, football, smart TV's in every room - Incredible location next to the beach ⛱️ We stayed here for a football tournament we were playing in Albufeira and had an incredible trip. The hosts were helpful and responded fairly quickly with any issues but we didn't really have any to note. There's some nice cafes and bars local to the villa and you're only about a 10 min drive to old town and 5 mins to the beach. The restaurant next door is decent and you have a mini market and am irish bar a 1 min walk.

Cons: - Issues with the electronic gate rose from time to time for the cars getting in - Only one set of keys. There were 11 of us staying. We figured every time someone left, they'd lock them in the lock boxes for the front gate and front door. That way, no one would be stuck outside. Although we didn't have any issues and this system worked fine, it still felt a little unsafe to just leave them inside the metal boxes as they dont feel the sturdiest or that difficult to get into. We didn't really have too many major issues overall that are worth noting, we had a really great stay here and would love to come back! :)

Excellent place. Recommended for anyone wanting a holiday.

Pros: Spacious, welcoming, comfortable. Every room has a bathroom and all the facilities you need. Great for the price.

Cons: An explanation on how to clean the spa/someone to come and clean it. After a week it does get a bit unusable

Perfect break for the family to relax and be together

Pros: Had every amenity you could wish for, plenty to keep everyone occupied and happy

Cons: There could have been a welcome pack of basics eg coffee, milk bread to get you started as we didn’t arrive until 1.30 am and obviously couldn’t buy anything at that time but everything else was fantastic.

Great stay for a family holiday.

Pros: Great size for a large group bedrooms were great and had ensuite which is brilliant for such a large villa. Pool area great.. We were allowed to leave our bags before check in which helped us out as our flight was so early- this was really kind of the owner. Great location for the bus stop and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Id say the beach is much further than 600ms and down a road thats slopes so wear suitable shoes to walk in.

Cons: The guidebook in the house needs updating information in there wasn’t correct- when markets were on for example.. and public holidays in there from 2018. Needed the pool to be a bit warmer- paid for heated pool and at times was cold to get into it. Hot tub needed a step to get in and out of it- some guests weren’t comfortable getting in and out only the tall men could do it without a chair and help.

Pros: The facilities were excellent, clean and spacious.

Cons: Villa would benefit from some parasols and maybe a rail to assist getting out of the pool.

A great weekend getaway in Portugal!

Pros: Absolutely loved that every room had its own bathroom! Good location to the beach and supermarkets nearby were very convenient. The house was lovely overall and its an excellent villa for large groups of friends or even large families!

Cons: Check out time was extremely early in comparison to the time that we were allowed to check in. This made it very inconvenient for us, and although we understand that the cleaning team needs ample time to ensure that villa is ready for the next guests, we felt that an earlier check in would be more appropriate if check out time is 10am.

Pros: the villa was perfect for our group, the views were stunning, the outdoor pool and hot tub were excellent, every room having an en suite was a bonus and the living areas were relaxed and very spacious.

Cons: Everything was great.

Groot functioneel huis met mooie tuin, fijn zwembad en jacuzzi.

Pros: De locatie is perfect. Loopafstand (<1km) strand, supermarkt, restaurants, bars. De woning ligt in een rustige omgeving. Geen last van verkeer of feestende vakantiegangers in de late avond of nacht. Ruime parkeervoorzieningen op het terrein van de woning. Geheel ommuurd en voorzien van afgesloten poorten. Veilig voor kleine kinderen. Meer dan voldoende ligbedjes rond het zwembad. Grote buitentafel waar we iedere dag met 10 personen hebben ontbeten.

Cons: Salontafel ontbrak in de woonkamer.

Pause d'automne à Albufeira - Barbecue et Jacuzzi - Idéal famille

Pros: Le barbecue Le Spa Le nombre de chambres La borne d'arcade Connexion internet + netflix pour les enfants Magasin à proximité immédiate

Cons: Le Jacuzzi a tourné (odeur) au bout de 1j, impossible à nettoyer (pas d'instructions) Le volume de la borne d'arcade beaucoup trop fort Le portail qui est capricieux + Le portillon impossible à fermer Le lave vaisselle abimé Les balles de ping pong toutes abimées à notre arrivée

Super Lage, perfekte Ausstattung, jedoch müsste mal renoviert werden!

Pros: Die Lage (Restaurants und kleine Lebensmittelläden in unmittelbarer Nähe, Strände fußläufig erreichbar) sowie Ausstattung (Pool, Jacuzzi) waren sehr gut!

Cons: Das Objekt war etwas abgewohnt. Es müsste dringend mal renoviert und einige Dinge repariert werden. Außerdem fehlte eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine!
