Basic Villa in great location. Beds awful!

Pros: Great location less than 5 minutes walk to old town but quiet at night. Pool is perfect, great views.

Cons: The double bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in!!!!!! We stayed here last year and seen lots of complaints which we also complained about, but could not believe it’s still not been updated. Very very disappointed, owner obviously doesn’t read guest feedback.

Great stay at this villa, Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, villa was tidy and perfect for 4 of us to stay in, hosts were helpful and friendly. Outside area was great, clean pool and nice view.

Cons: Floor could’ve been mopped/cleaned more thoroughly as made feet and shoes grey from dust.

Pros: Amazing location, no need for taxis. Property inside clean. Excellent views, and very quiet. Can’t wait to come back.

Cons: Pool area could have been a bit cleaner. States has a washing machine, but didn’t advise you need to give your clothes to the towel ladies. Also did not have a problem emptying our bin, but a note to say where you put it would be great.

Lovely villa in a fantastic location

Pros: The location is fantastic, the swimming pool is a great size, the sizes of the rooms are very good. The staff were very responsive. Fresh towels were provided every couple of days. It felt very safe.

Cons: The beds weren't very comfortable and there wasn't enough covers for the colder nights

Pros: Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the centre of old town Albufeira and the beach. Although central, it was lovely and quiet in the evening at the villa. Superb pool. Great cleaning staff.

Cons: Very uncomfortable beds ! Needs some updating.

Great location and property

Pros: Excellent location, away from noise suited us as a family. Very clean, staff were excellent and helpful, AC in every room, pool was excellent. Overall a high quality villa.

Cons: Beds beds beds! Bearable but only . I'd seen reviews going back several months and owners must know beds are the issue so hard and uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the privacy of this villa and made amazing family memories

Pros: Location is fantastic minutes walk to the beach and Old Town. Own private swimming pool.

Cons: Fowl smell from the shower drainage, dust and rubbish behind chest of draws and crumbs and dust in the corner of the kitchen floor

Lovely basic villa, excellent location. Pool fab. Fab holiday despite the negatives.

Pros: Fantastic location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops. Fantastic pool. Very quiet at night despite being very central.

Cons: Double Bed very hard and really uncomfortable. Sofas in living area had a damp smell and very uncomfortable also. Lots of Ants in bathroom and kitchen!

Overall fabulous

Pros: Perfect for our family. Great location, easy to walk into old town and beach. Lovely pool. Clean towels every other day. Very friendly staff.

Cons: It was a two week stay for us, So wanted to cook most evenings. There was a limited utensils and no oven/grill/BBQ. This limited us in what we could cook.

Overall , Good Accomodation in a good location

Cons: Double Bed was uncomfortable , very hard mattress Smell of drains
