Fantastic. Would recommend.

Pros: Property is in a fabulous location minute’s walk from beautiful beach and short uber ride to old town and marina. There is a local super market which takes around 5 minutes to walk to. As well as an Aldi and Lidl a short uber ride away. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Children loved the pool.

Pros: We stayed from 19 to 27th .all good .we had great time. Very quiet street.beach 5 min walk. Beautiful board walk near .

Cons: Pool heating sistem super noise. Couldn't sleep in basement room.

Great location for families.

Pros: The location is good, not too far from the beach. Bedroom sizes are good. Heated pool great. Shops within walking distance. Also, near the bus route to Albufiera. Brilliant sunsets.

Cons: The lounge/living room is too small for 11 guests. Some tiles in the pool are coming off. Bathrooms could do with updating as looking a little poor. Damaged kettle on arrival and only one tea spoon. Cooker is quite slow on heating up.

Pros: Location was excellent and the host was very responsive and arranged great transfers for us

Great location to supermarket, cafe and beach. Bedrooms good size.

Pros: Pool was good size, good location to shops and beach.

Cons: Decor Little outdated. The host turns up without warning whilst girls are sunbathing by the pool due to not speaking English he couldn’t tell us why he was there this happened the first 2 days of our weekend trip.

Great Location!

Pros: Location is lovely! So many great restaurants near by! Villa was good overall

Cons: When we arrived we had trouble getting into the villa with the key as the lock was temperamental, we only had 2 cups as well for 10 people. They sent staff next morning and this was sorted. We also noticed there were some damp patches in the bathroom and the swimming pool had some missing tiles. Asides from that we had a lovely stay here and I would recommend it.

Pros: The villa was very spacious and very clean, also it was private and felt safe. It was within walking distance to the beach and supermarkets. The area was quiet and would suit families or older couples I wouldn't recomend it for groups looking for night life and party 😉

Cons: There was excavation work going on right beside it on this occasion but that being said they were quiet and because of the privacy of the garden it didn't really bother us.

Excellent would definitely return.

Cons: The only thing I'd say which isn't even a complaint but something we didnt know was one of the twin rooms is in the basement so quiet dark and seperate from the rest of villa but depends if you care about that or not

Pros: Property was clean, check in was a breeze, pool was lovely, the hosts were great and very responsive. It was great for us we were a group of 13 girls and they were able to provide extra beds for us. A little out the way from the old town/new town but Ubers are really cheap, just about €5 to get to the main spots and only about 10 mins away. Nice quiet area too which we liked.

Cons: The property could have provided better basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, more toilet paper and weirdly lacked teaspoon. Not quite as big as the pictures but still enough space for 13 of us!

Great for hen do stunning beaches close by 15 mins from the Albufeira strip

Pros: Lock box used - contacts English was not great but we managed to correspond via messaging - I assume a translator was used

Cons: The dishwasher was not working- alarm system not explained no guest book to help us - showers leaked and 1 door broken But the contact/ host was helpful with sending a workman to replace the dishwasher, reseal showers and sort shower door so cannot fault the service provided
