Excellent modern villa, with great facilities and views. The owners provided excellent service and were very helpful wit

Pros: The property has been done to a very good standard, it has an excellent layout for couples and families with 3 en-suite bedrooms. The open plan lounge and kitchen area is very good for a group to sit together and relax. The roof top pool area is very well done and it has its own kitchen area and a toilet, we used this area a lot and the views are amazing. The ground floor pool is a good size and has sun beds laid out, the villa is very secure and access was very easy. There are two small supermarkets very close to the villa so this was helpful.

Cons: The location is in easy walking distance of the town but it is up a steep hill which may be a problem for some residents. However we found it fine as we generally walked down into the old town and got a taxi back and this was at very reasonable prices. There is plenty of buses and a land train but we didn’t use them ourselves. The pool was a little cold but it was still nice and we used it a lot.

Sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Preis/Leistung könnte was besser sein.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet. Der Kontakt war Spitzenmäßig. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Auch sollte das Haus innerhalb der 10 Tage an denen wir da waren, 3x gereinigt werden. Das haben wir nicht gebraucht und abbestellt. Super Zentrale Lage. Man ist schnell überall. Aussicht ist ok. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch ausreichend. Insgesamt sind die Lebensmittelpreise in den Supermärkten (Continente und Intermarche) sehr hoch. Bei Aldi, Lidl und Auchan war es ok. Obst und Gemüse kauft man auf den Zigeunermärkten, die jeden Tag wo anders sind.

Cons: Für einen beheizten Pool fallen extra Kosten an. 50,-€ pro Tag finde ich sehr viel. So viel Strom kann keine Wärmepumpe brauchen. Beide Polls waren also nicht zu gebrauchen (das Wasser hatte 16Grad). Bei einem solchen Preis dürfte ein Pool ruhig beheizt sein. Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis fürs Haus auch etwas hoch.
