Pros: Brilliant location, excellent villa, very spacious for 8 people with brilliant facilities. aldi very close by, new town 10 min walk, old town 4 euro uber, beach 15 min walk.

Jeg havde et rigtig dejligt ophold i denne villa med 8 andre venner. Jeg vil klart anbefale villaen til andre der skal r

Pros: Der var rigtig gode faciliteter: dejlig pool, stort udendørs bord, stor stue med højt til loft, stort køkken ( med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, ovn, mikroovn, stort køleskab og stor fryser), store gode værelser (4 værelser med dobbeltseng og 1 foldudseng i stuen) - og rigtig rart med 3 badeværelser når man er 9 mennesker. Derudover lå villaen tæt på indkøb (Aldi), på festgaden og forholdsvis tæt på stranden. Obs. Ret stille område, så intet problem ift larm eller lignende.

Cons: Måske det eneste minus hvis man gerne vil bo meget tæt på stranden, da man skal gå ca. 15 minutter for at komme derned. Intet problem for os, men kunne forestille mig andre vil bo tættere på. Dog er stranden i Albuferia by ikke så spændende, så jeg vil alligevel foreslå at man tager til andre strande i området, hvis man skal have en stranddag.
