Absolute luxury.

Pros: Villa was stunning in it's build quality and decor. It is clearly very new and had very modern appliances. Internet was fast. Pool was stunning and very suitable for families and the elderly as it is shallow. Pool guy came a couple of times to maintain it. The location was very quiet as you are surrounded by other villas. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance but you are better served with a car. A taxi cost just a few euros to get to either the marina or further into Albufeira. Beds were supremely comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and showers in the villa. I'd definitely consider coming back.

Family holiday

Pros: Beautiful new property, spacious accommodation. We looked the nearby beach Praia de São Rafael. We had plenty of space for our family. Very modern with all modern facilities in the kitchen. Full utility room. Beautiful planting. Nice touch with water and biscuits on arrival.

Cons: There was no cleaning services during our two week stay which was disappointing. Included was a washer and dryer to wash towels and linens. No cleaning products, refuse sacks were provided, with exception of four dishwasher tablets. Only four loo rolls provided for two weeks.

We had a lovely stay in the villa and the weather was fantastic

Pros: Location was very quiet but only a short distance from Albuferia

Cons: Nothing really to dislike only a few small things would make it more comfortable the couch in the sitting room was very uncomfortable and the shutters in the upstairs bedroom could not be opened so just these few things otherwise it's a lovely villa in a lovely quiet area

Pros: Wir waren für zwei Wochen im November hier. Die Unterkunft ist auf einem schönen Hügel leicht außerhalb von Albufeira gelegen und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
