Would thoroughly recommend.

Pros: Very spacious inside the villa. Perfect area with shopping mall 10 minutes away. Pool and outside areas were not huge but definitely were more than good enough.

Pros: Fantastic and clean villa with everything you need for self catering. We could contact Cláudia via WhatsApp for help and she responded to any problems very promptly. Albuferia old town was a short 5 min Uber which cost around 5euro. Large supermarket was around 15 mins walk but a little uphill on way back with shopping.

Cons: Everything was very good. Sometimes the local dogs became a little loud with barking, not too bad in the day but could be annoying at night. Overall no major negatives.

Fantastic holiday

Pros: The villa was 1st class, was a real home from home. It had everything we needed plus more for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The location was perfect, and a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets and the old town. Great communication with the agency I would highly recommend this villa, and would definitely book again.

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect for us.

Incredible! Highly recommend it!

Pros: An extremely pleasant villa, located in a calm yet central neighborhood and fully remodeled. It is a very cozy and enjoyable place, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The villa is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, but just a short walk away from main services such as restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, but there are buses and a litle train available nearby. The owners and cleaning team are always available and very helpful, which greatly improved our experience and stay. The heated pool is very enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Pros: La limpieza de las habitaciones, el salón comedor junto a la cocina y la zona de la piscina, además de contar con aire acondicionado individual en cada habitación.

Cons: Aparecieron algunas cucarachas en los aseos, aunque no es algo achacable a la casa sino al barrio, porque también había algunas por las calles.
