Amazing villa wonderful pool
Pros: The owner, Fatima met us on arrival to hand over the keys and provide all the information required. She also kept in touch throughout our stay. The villa is amazing with lovely touches such as monogrammed towels and toiletries. The rooms are beautiful all on suite. The outside area is well appointed with the most amazing pool. The villa is situated in a lovely area close to a couple of small shops ,bars/restaurants. Only a 5 euro uber to the marina and main town. The pool table was a welcome attraction for a 15 year old too. Would recommend in an instant.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful property in a great location with brilliant facilities, we all loved our stay here.
Pros: The Villa was amazing, we all loved the swimming pool and games room, comfy beds and rooms and was brilliant to be so close to such a lovely beach!

Brilliant villa in a great location with an excellent host.
Pros: Lovely, spacious and well-appointed villa located in a nice, quiet area with a lovely swimming pool and all the facilities you would ever need. Aircon throughout and electronic shutters mean the villa is fully secure if you head out for the day. Beautiful views of the sea from the balcony and the villa is walking distance to the beach, so it’s really convenient. Also walking distance to some lovely local restaurants. Just a 10 min car ride to the centre of Albufeira and the big supermarkets. The host, Fatima, was lovely and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and it really felt like she wanted us to have the perfect holiday. We will definitely return.

A great week in a great villa!
Pros: We all loved the Villa, especially the outside area. Fatima was a great host. Nice, quiet area away from the main town but still walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Had a slight issue with water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms but Fatima looked to resolve this as soon as possible.

Absolutely wonderful and so relaxing.
Pros: Immaculate, large villa in a great location. The attention to detail was excellent and for such a large property it was impeccably clean. Being personally greeted by the host was a lovely touch and ensured we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The photos really don’t do it justice, it’s a beautiful villa.
Cons: The villa was perfect for our adult only getaway.

Pros: Beautiful villa with more than you would expect. High quality throughout and very clean. Great rooms, large pool, air conditioning everywhere. Great bar at the top of the road and only a short Uber to the old town.
Cons: Nothing. We cannot fault this accommodation.

Wundervolle, top ausgestattete Villa, fußläufig zum Fels-/Sand-Strand
Pros: Persönlicher Empfang durch Fatima mit sehr ausführlicher Hausführung. Das Anwesen ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig: wir waren als 7 köpfige Großfamilie unterwegs. Alle Zimmer sind individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben jeweils ein eigenes, komfortables Badezimmer. Der Ess-/Wohnbereich ist sehr großzügig angelegt, mit großer Fensterfront und Zugang zum Pool und Gartenbereich. Tolle, sehr gepflegte Außenanlage, separater Essbereich unter Sonnensegeln, Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenbett. Der Pool (ca. 10x5m) ist beheizt und eignet sich gut zum Schwimmen. Küche, vollständig eingerichtet, 2 Kühlschränke, Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Backofen, weitere Küchengeräte (2 Kaffeemaschinen, Sandwichtoaster, Saftpresse, etc.) Im Keller stehen Billardtisch und Dartscheibe, weitere TV und Waschmaschine bereit.
Cons: Eigentlich nichts, bis auf die Kleinigkeit, dass der Grill so wie übergeben nicht benutzbar war: Alt-Asche war nicht entsorgt und die Grillroste sahen sehr benutzt aus. Wir haben daher nicht gegrillt. Auch der Safe war mit dem mitgelieferten Schlüssel nicht bedienbar.
