Lovely for a short stay

Pros: A couple of minutes from the airport on bus 16 or 14 costing just under €3 euro each way I’d recommend downloading uber instead of using the taxis it’s much safer! And Cheaper and you know the money you’re paying as some taxis tell you one thing then charge more on exit The hotel was in a good location straight between the lagoons and beach Bars for miles made life so easy Staff were polite and inviting Super happy with the room it was more than we expected for the money we paid We didn’t manage to go to the restaurant but it smelt lovely !

Cons: The beds were quite hard And the shower swaps between scorching and freezing other than that it was fantastic

Very enjoyable. Beach amazing with a great vibe

Pros: Excellent customer service and friendliness from all the staff. Perfect location for the 4 minute bus journey to the airport to catch an early morning flight to the UK.

Cons: The front facing rooms would be much better this time of the year because despite the pleasant weather. The rear facing room verandas didn’t get any sun and were not quite warm enough to sit out on at any time of the day. I guess that later in the year, this would be a godsend given the extreme heat and humidity.

Superb as usual

Pros: Superb as always, and my room has had refit from last year so it’s even better! Such a great place, you must come if you’re in the area. Cyclists are spoilt rotten!

Beachfront stay, Faro island.

Pros: The position close to the airport but also the ocean front. River views from the room. Spacious balcony. The on site cafe and friendly staff. The old fashioned atmosphere. Staff went out of the way to help us get a very early taxi to the airport.

Cons: Very small bathroom but accept that is a feature of an unmodernised hotel.

Pros: The location is really good. Staff were very helpful. Great seaview.

Cons: The aircon heating didn’t work, however the hotel did provide a heater for us that worked very well.

Pros: Apart from the excellent location and the fantastic accommodation , the staff are absolutely brilliant . I cannot give the gang enough plaudits as they are so friendly , generous , polite and helpful . The food , too , is delicious ; ooh the pepper steak is off the scale !!!
