Hostel with a great location

Pros: Location and a private room. At least the kettle workedhostel

Cons: RIGHT!! NO STAFF!! What's the point of having a cooker/oven if THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use it-several of us tried without success. The microwave heating element is kaput. The door keypad to my room is tiny and fiddly for sausage fingers.
