My second stay & will stay here again if I visit Faro again
Pros: My second stay here. A quiet location, responsive owner, excellent cleaning staff, well stocked kitchen.
Cons: Only the other guests being loud and dirty. And if I had to nitpick, being able to use the washing machine would be an amazing bonus.

Clean and on a quiet street
Pros: Clean, well maintained, well stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms for four rooms. Air conditioning. On a quiet street so minimum traffic noise.
Cons: Banging doors; some amortisation would be nice to keep door noise down.

Pros: Excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable. well equipped kitchen. Next to a supermarket and close to the municipal market. Not far walking from the city centre. If you are OK with sharing the bathroom with one other room and like to have a kitchen, this is a very good option. Internet quality quite good.
Cons: Two minor things. There was a TV but was too small to be useful. There is no desk available. If you are in full vacation mode this is not important, however, if you need to catch up some work you may need to use the kitchen table

Exceptional value for money!
Pros: Our room was large and airy, spaces to put our clothes, comfortable bed. The bedding felt really fresh and crispy clean. There were lots of towels and a big bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, large and clean. We felt very comfortable.

Pros: Clean, simply but sufficiently furnished room and apartment, 4 rooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 shared kitchen. Good and quiet location. Good location for trips to the center of Faro and especially to the surrounding towns and the Ria Formosa National Park.
Cons: This is not a criticism, rather information for future visitors (I personally am interested in such information -) : During a stay of several days, it is necessary to take into account possible rapid exchange of guests of neighboring rooms in a shared apartment, especially in the high season. But we did not disturb each other during our stay.

2-days-visit Faro
Pros: Location was very convenient, we could reach the house from the train/bus station only by walking. There is also a supermarket next door, which makes it easier to buy some drinks, snacks and groceries if required. The room was clean and well equipped The kitchen was also clean and with different devices such as toaster, etc. Bathroom was also clean and well equipped.
Cons: Check-in time was 16:00 and check-out at 12:00. There is not the possibility to storage your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Cons: - Hard to find (there is no sign at all) but after we phoned with the host it was an easy self check- in - building a little bit old

Pros: Good location right next to a supermarket and walking distance into the centre area. Clean and comfortable
Cons: The oven was not working and we saw through other reviews it had been broken for about a month. We contacted the owner and he apologised but we think there should have been some warning that there was no oven as we had bought food to cook etc.
