Pros: It was quite.The accommodation basic ,but beds are comfortable,the shower plenty of hot water air-conditioning/heating worked well .Linen changed as described.Internet and some English speaking TV. I thought good value for the money, some people seem to have issues with limited supply of toilet paper soap shampoo etc but as this is clearly stated that you will need to replenish these yourself I don't see this as a problem. Also safe car parking very near by.

Cons: Lots of mosquitos in the room but probably made worse by the very wet weather not the accommodation.

Cons: A coffee maker would improve it and when requested to give the check in time it would be good to have a response.

Nice place to stay

Pros: 1. the place itself is very well located, very near a supermarket, that although not cheap, has everything you need daily. 2. I love the garden around the houses, you can walk or lay on the grass, it's really nice. 3. I think the swimming pools are also nice, but we didn't use them as we always preferred the beach. 4. you can walk to Praia da Falésia (around 20-30 min walking), one of my favourite beaches in Algarve. 5. you can walk to Praia de Olhos de Água (also 20-30 min). 6. nearby there are restaurants where you can eat. 7. if you have a car, you are very near to Montechoro and Albufeira, while being away from all the mess. 8. the price was good at the time we went.

Cons: 1. the staff at the reception are not very friendly, particularly the young lady is a bit snobbish. 2. the bathroom shower has exactly zero shelves or utilities where you can put your soap or shampoo; you either put it on the floor, or you have to bring yourself something to hold your shower stuff. 3. the toilet paper basket was broken. it's such a cheap thing and I really hate it when it's left broken. 4. the kitchen microwave area has exactly only 1 electricity socket for 3 appliances; there are no extension cords and you can't plug more than 1 at a time.

Standards were as expected for my stay considering the price

Pros: Nice little set up for independent stay. Quiet and peaceful. Deposit returned same day as check out via bank. Addition of swimming pool certainly helped. Shops are walkable distance

Cons: A bit far from town. Deposit to begin with was a bit unnecessary considering it isn't common practice. Younger lady with tattoos wasn't the friendliest receptionist you will ever encounter, however still professional

Weather was lovely for October so just spend the week lounging by the pool peace and quiet

Pros: Was worried as lots of disappointing reviews but really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and very spacious. As out of season not many staying so had the entire pool to ourselves and brother and sister in law . Who stayed in the next apartment to us .

Pros: Very nice and quiet area. Lovely pool. Spacious rooms.

Cons: Bar was closed for 2 or 3 day while a member of staff was on holiday. Not quite sure why when there's other staff around.

Pros: A big apartment, we had a bedroom, living room with kitchen, privat bathroom and big terrace next to the pool. It was really clean and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: You need to pay deposit 200€ when you arrive if you break anything...

Another lovely stay

Pros: Love the location, close enough to amenities but reasonably quiet

Cons: A few of the lights didn't work and the plugs were a bit intermittent

Pros: Good and quiet location. Beautiful surroundings. Parking nearby. Comfortable and large apartment. Nice terrace. The children enjoyed the pool.
