a Gem with lots to offer close enough to the beach and boulevar

Pros: The townhouse itself and the whole setup of the neighbourhoods design. The beautiful overall layout of the other townhouses, the property and the beautiful gardens, flowers and trees. We were there in January and can rhetefore only imagine what our stay would have been when the sun would gave been out more, the temperatures higher and sitting on the large patio and may be even a dip in the pool

Cons: Although it suites the overaĺ layout of this whole property, because of its many changes in levels of the property's walking paths, as I use a walker to move around, it was a bit of a challenge but I would not let it stop me from still coming back in the future

Pros: Very nice location. A short walk from the seafront. Really quiet and the grounds are very well looked after. Very good facilities in the accommodation. Great pool area with good sunbeds. Very clean. Excellent communication with the host. Very happy with our stay and we would certainly return.

Cons: Had a little trouble gaining access to the complex when we first arrived but this was easily sorted by contacting the host. Also, there were no bath towels when we arrived but someone came and sorted that very quickly and it wasn't a problem.

Pros: We had a great stay. Not only was the accommodation excellent but the maintenance of the grounds and garden areas were exceptional. Cafe/bars and quality restaurants within walking distance. A great find Alan and Marion

Pros: Great communication, close to amenities, everything you could want in the apartment. Lovely swimming pool 10 seconds from the apartment. The host was very responsive if needed. Check in/Check out was seamless. I really could not fault anything about our stay

Cons: There wasn't anything I did not like about this place.

Brilliant stay with family

Pros: Good location, short walking distance to supermarket, beach. Accomodation had everything you need for comfortable stay.Good Tv with range of channels in different languages. Swimming pool was very good, basically on your doorstep. Friendly cat comes for frequent visit which our boys really enjoyed.We was late for our check in due to delayed flight , but hostess was waiting for our arrival which we was very greatfull.We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent holiday place for a quiet stay! Love it!

Very pleasant , clean and friendly site.

Pros: Very pleasant site, very quiet with only a few tourists staying when we were there .Grounds are well kept. The property overlooks the pool area. Property conforms to the photos. Very helpful with requests. Clean and a good size for four people. Walking distance to the main marina area is 20-25 minutes although a taxi is only 3-5€ depending on the time of day. Very sociable ( and spoilt!) cat lives on the site that came to visit us as part of his daily tour around the site. Would stay there again and would recommend for those that prefer to be away from the main tourist area in early September which is still busy, particularly around the marina after 8 pm onwards.

Cons: Mattresses are not comfortable- would benefit from a mattress topper as very firm. We were woken very early on our first morning as we were under a flight path from Faro airport where planes come back over the area after turning. It was just on our first morning but it was unexpected and not mentioned in any reviews we had read. As we were staying in September we wondered if this would be a more frequent occurrence in peak season so perhaps worth checking if you are light sleepers.

O descanso que precisávamos

Pros: Muito sossegado, perfeito para descansar. Casa muito bem equipada; superou as nossas expectativas pois não faltava mesmo nada. Bons acessos ao aldeamento e ao estacionamento. A saída lateral; permitia-nos poupar muito tempo nas deslocações.

Cons: A prateleira do chuveiro não é adequada para baixinhos pois fica mesmo à altura da cabeça, mas como é amovível não é um problema e resolve-se facilmente. 😁 De resto, nada a assinalar.
