Great and big house next to the beach, cleaning to be improved

Pros: great house, with a lot of space, many rooms and bathrooms. Perfect location if you are looking to have the beach just next to you, and then refresh in the swimming pool. It also has a big parking area. If you are also looking for a more peaceful and relaxed area this is the place!

Cons: The house did not smell very good, like it has not been opened for a long time. We also saw cockroaches in the room, so the cleaning part could be improved. We also woke up with strong noises at 8am from the house next to us, apparently there were renovations in the house next door. This could have been notified in advance, as the noises last the whole day. Luckily we only went there for the long weekend, so Saturday and Sunday was ok.

Pros: 입실시 키박스가 안열려서 문앞에서 한참을 대기했습니다. 그외는 모두 최고입니다. 넓은 거실과 주방, 온갖 식기류와 주방용품으로 만찬을 차려 먹었습니다. 해변이 가까와 아침 저녁으로 해변 산책하고 낮엔 숙소 공동 수영장에서 쉬기 딱 좋습니다.

Cons: 크루즈 투어나 식당 이용하러 시내로 나가려면 거리가 좀 있습니다.

Sehr schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Pros: Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage. Nahe am Meer. Am Ende einer Stichstrasse. Sehr ruhig.

Cons: Es wäre schön, gäbe es eine Beschreibung wie die Geräte funktionieren ( Herd, WLAN,…)

Pros: Die Lage ist grandios, das letzte Haus in der Straße vor der Küste, mit Meerblick und Pinien vor der Terrasse. Außerdem sehr ruhig, in der Straße gibt es nur kleine Ferienhäuser. Man kann - auch bei schlechtem Wetter - direkt vom Haus weg lange Wanderungen an der gigantischen Küste von Falesia unternehmen, oben auf den Klippen oder unten am Sandstrand. Der Strand war - Ende Oktober - wunderbar einsam. Das Haus ist sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, schöne (3) Bäder und (3) Schlafzimmer, schöne Marmorböden, super sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, 3 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, u.a. Nespresso-Maschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, viel Geschirr in allen möglichen Stilrichtungen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer kann bei Kälte als Heizung genutzt werden.

Cons: Nicht gut war der erste Eindruck beim Öffnen der Türe: das ganze Haus hat nach Moder gerochen. Ursache: die offenstehende Tür zur Tiefgarage. Abhilfe: einen Tag lüften und die Kellertüren geschlossen lassen, dann war's gut. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Holzstangen an den Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer sind zum Sichern der Türen gedacht, da sie sonst mit Kraft von außen aufgeschoben werden können.
