Casa do Avô - Faro City

Loved the non touristy location / excellent small house!

Pros: Able to drop bags early which was fantastically helpful. Remote front door opener was different! Liked the cut off electricity air con system too, to save energy.

Cons: A very small thing, one of the dining chairs a little tight near the fridge.

Casa do Avo

Pros: The property was exceptional - beautifully appointed, fantastic facilities and very well placed for a short walk to the old town, cafes, restaurants and shops. Transport links within walking distance. Hosts very welcoming and helpful.

Would recommend and stay there again if in Faro.

Pros: The house has been beautifully renovated, everything is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, the marina and Faro's cultural destinations. Also for the station for day trips out of Faro. The hosts left some welcome gifts which were really thoughtful and appreciated. We arrived very late and left very early and both these requests were accommodated. Lovely and well equipped kitchen for 2 of us to self cater.

Cons: Can't think of anything.

Pros: Very clean and spacious. 2 mins walk to city centre. Very quiet location. Has everything you need. Extremely nice shower.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, wo man es nicht erwartet

Pros: - gemütlich eingerichtet - viel Platz - viel Stauraum und Ablagemöglichkeiten - Waschmaschine, waschmittel, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden - late Check-in hat unkompliziert geklappt - Gastgeber hat bereits Stunden vor Anreise per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen, sodass man direkt eine aparechperson hatte - kurze Wege in die Altstadt und zum Hafen

Cons: - Gegend wirkt relativ heruntergekommen, viele umliegende Wohnungen werden gerade erst renoviert oder sind in einem schlimmen Zustand, man blickt auf die Rückseite eines Hochhauses - Eingangstür ist sehr schmal, Geräusche von draußen dringen fast ungehindert ins Innere

Pros: Belle petite maison tout confort et bien située pour découvrir Faro et faire des excursions. Hôtes très sympas et accueillants. A recommander !

Schöne moderne Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage

Pros: Die Lage war super zentral um verschiedene Strände anzusteuern. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte genug Platz für eine kleine Familie. Die kleine Terasse mit Esstisch war auch super. Es gibt zwar keinen privaten Parkplatz, aber vor der Tür kann kostenfrei oder gegen eine Parkgebühr geparkt werden. Wir haben immer ein Plätzchen gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war ebenfalls nett und unkompliziert.

Casa stupenda su due piani comoda al centro

Pros: La casa è stupenda, appena ristrutturata. Tutto super nuovo, accogliente, molto comoda al centro. Ha una piccola area scoperta in cui è possibile mangiare. Completa di tutto, ci hanno lasciato anche un regalino di benvenuto, molto apprezzato. Assolutamente consigliata.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a broom in the house. I told them about it and they said they would fix the problem.Overall it was amazing and very good, this may not be a problem for many. I was with children and that's why I needed it.
