Pros: Incredible value for money. Rooftop was priceless. A lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. Had some maintenance issues and these were fixed right away.

Pros: The terrace is incredible. The house itself was very clean and a 5 minute walk from anywhere we needed. Loved it.

Comfortable stay in good location.

Pros: Great location in old part of town. Views from the roof terrace are a highlight. Well equipped.

Cons: Found it strange we needed to empty the rubbish ourselves and that this was not covered as part of the end of stay cleaning. Also, only one dishwasher tablet is a little mean!

Pros: Lovely house in the old town - fantastic views over beach and old town

Cons: There are narrow stairs - guests need to be aware of this

Pros: Clean & tidy throughout, good facilities & very comfortable beds

Cons: Only one set of keys between 2 couples meaning that if 1 couple wanted to go out for an early morning walk you had either had to lock them in til you returned,leave the property unlocked or get them out of bed to lock you out. The same if 1 couple wanted an early night.

Pros: Il est parfaitement situé. Tout se fait à pied même la plage. Très bien équipé et très propre. Une terrasse à couper le souffle avec une vue extraordinaire sur la baie d’albufeira. 5 minutes à pied de la plage.

Cons: Tout était parfait. Un peu difficile pour le stationnement

Pros: Amazing view from the roof! Great location! So convenient to have a washing machine

Cons: the roofing material on the sun deck needs to be removed or replaced. Umbrella needs to be removed or replaced. A clearer plan for the garbage would be nice. Very long walk to garbage. We had to buy our own garbage bags and paper towels. It would have been nice if a couple backups were included for those items. Single key is awkward since there is no way to unlock the front door from the inside without the key. At one point we went running early in the morning, locked the front door. If there was a fire, kids would have to escape through a window since you can’t unlock the front door without a key on the inside. Please consider lock change or more keys

Pros: Mooie uitzicht op het dak terras en ideaal gelegen. Juist uit de drukke buurt en toch dichtbij gezellige restaurants

Cons: Problemen met elektriciteit maar kwamen ons direct helpen
