Pros: The villa was lovely, in a fantastic location facing the beach, amazing view from the roof deck/pool. A couple of nice cafes for breakfast on the doorstep and a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants and bars of Old Town. Host was friendly, great communication and really helpful. Highly recommend this villa.

A great place to stay in a brilliant location, and suitable for families up to eight people.

Pros: Brilliant to find a property which could accommodate seven members of the family, whilst still providing privacy and a quiet place when required. The location is perfect and only a short walk away from the escalators, while there are a few bars and restaurants near to the property as well. Lots of cooking oils and dressings already available, as well as a good selection of books and games for the kids to play with. Johanna was good enough to also arrange our transport from and to the Airport, and the price was very competitive too.

Cons: Towels and bedding change could have been more frequent, and more information regarding where to find things like the BBQ and more umbrellas for sunshade, etc. In fact an extra sun canopy would have been welcome on the first sun terrace....particularly during the very hot months.

Amazing

Pros: Location fantastic. Accommodation worked really well for us also. The roof terrace is wonderful.

Cons: Only air con in two of the rooms. This did not spoil the trip at all. Just an observation

Pros: Great location walking distance to everything, spacious and a very accommodating host.

Wonderful place, homely and well equipped and close to the old town.

Pros: The owner Johanna is very friendly and attentive and helpful. Advised us on car rentals and transfers which was very helpful. Lovely homely place with a fantastic view of the sea and sunset and sunrise.

Cons: We needed more heating but Johanna kindly brought 2 portable heaters which helped a lot.

Traditional Portuguese Villa in a perfect spot, away from all the noise and crowds at night.

Pros: The villa was lovely and spacious and very pretty with beautiful views of the sea and beach. Lovely quiet area.

Cons: No washing machine, but it wasn't really a problem as you can hand wash and there's a drying rack outside for drying your clothes.

Perfect villa perfect location

Pros: Location was perfect, beach in front of you, old town a 5 min walk! villa was beautiful for the whole family roof top pool was great for the kids! Host was great and welcoming, cleaner was lovely.

Cons: Airer needed replacing as was already broken

Absolutely perfect, relaxing and not too far from the hustle and bustle 😊

Pros: Location was perfect - and photos don't do this place justice. Gorgeous, clean pool with a beautiful sea view, shaded lunch area, plenty of sun loungers and a little shady courtyard. Plenty of space and lovely air conditioned rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: Floors were ever so slightly dusty, but that was the only negative - and beds etc were all pristine

Lovely villa with fabulous location and views from roof top.

Pros: The location was amazing. Just over the road and down a few steps to the beach and lovely beach bar and sunbeds down there. The pool on the rooftop was great. Such a lovely view. very close to the top of the escalators down to the old town and near the stop for the little train to take you to the strip. Johanna the host was lovely, very helpful and dealt with any queries straight away. The fruit, juice and croissants on arrival was a lovely welcome. We arranged transfers through her too which was really easy and an excellent service.

Cons: Although clean overall the floors in the bedrooms were not very clean. Dark hair (not ours) and dust there. There was also a dirty t-shirt under one of the beds off the living room. The shower in the one of the bathrooms over the bath could do with a fixing higher up so that you can stand and wash your hair hands free. Beds very hard in all rooms. These are minor points and overall we were very happy with our stay.
