City Rooms Guest House by HD

Very pleasant with quite location near the market and not far from the center of town.

Pros: Location is near the municipal market with wonderful stalls, a supermarket and cafes and restaurants- all very good.

Cons: I had a power cut on the morning of my departure- when I turned on the bedroom light the power tripped in the bedroom. I had to finish packing with an open door and the corridor light.

Pros: Immaculate rooms. Fantastic facilities. Lovely roof terrace. Great location. Easy access. Electric window shutters. Double glazed and indoor window shutters. Issues that have been mentioned re hanging spaces etc seemed to have been rectified. Would definitely return.

Cons: Beds slightly hard. Noise mentioned on here a few times. Not sure what it is as walls very thick. Quite echoey. Not that it spoiled the stay. Maybe the doors ?

Wonderful place! Fully equipped. I am giving the highest recommendations.

Pros: It looks even better than on the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean shared area and big comfortable rooms.

Pros: They letted us to check in earlier because our room was ready. The location is very central and new facilities

Great value for money

Pros: Good clean room . We arrived a little bit early and they accepted an early check-in ..which was fantastic after a 5 hour drive . Bottles of water and some coffee pods in our room when we arrived .

Cons: Parking was an issue if you go out late in the car as you will struggle to find space . Not the accommodation fault at all that was the only downside.

Pros: The room was very nice and tidy! The location was also very close to the center!

Pros: Simple but comfy, good location, quiet street, air con works well, roof tarrece additional bonus. Excellent communication with our host. It was possibilty leaving our luggage at reception Madelena guesthouse (10 minutes walk) for free.

A great and central accommodation

Pros: The apartment is very well situated. Around 10 minutes by foot to the historical centre and the beach. Also to the bus and train station. Market and supermarkets just at door. A quiet neighbourhood. Our room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is small but well equipped. It has a washing machine, which is very convenient . the hostel provides detergent for your first laundry. A fantastic relation price and facilities.

Cons: The bedroom doesn't have any hooks or rails to hang your towels, clothes..... Neither a single chair. It is very inconvenient!!

Great value for money

Pros: It was very clean and quiet. It was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped so we didn’t really need to eat out. Overall we 100% recommend

Pros: Very good clean and comfortable accommodation an easy 10 minute walk from the Old Town and the busy area.

Cons: No hooks or hanging space in our double room. Bedroom doors are noisy to close
