Great location, comfortable and relaxing . A traditional Portuguese family run B&B and restaurant.

Pros: Linda and Armando are wonderful hosts as are there staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one. Always smiling and very attentive to our needs. The accommodation is ultra clean and comfortable and the food is amazing.

Hidden gem

Pros: Armando and Linda were amazing hosts and we appreciated their recommendation for the boat tour to see the caves including Bengali. We very much enjoyed the delicious food that they served at the Sunshine restaurant as well as relaxing by the pool in the beautiful yard.

A cozy and friendly place with everything you need for a comfortable stay, good food, and easy acces

Pros: We stayed here for a few nights and had a very good experience. The room was small but very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable rest. Breakfast is simple, as the hotel has only a few rooms, so you shouldn’t expect a big variety — but there is enough of everything to start the day well. This place is perfect for an overnight stay when traveling by car, with a very fair price. From here, it’s easy to reach all the main attractions in the Algarve by car. The hotel also has a great restaurant where you can enjoy excellent Portuguese food and wine. The owner of both the hotel and the restaurant is very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Pros: Lovely quiet location not too far from the beach. Nice pool and gardens.

Cons: Nothing, it was charming and our hosts were very welcoming, as were the other guests.

Great stay!

Pros: Great accommodation with amazing owners. My room was clear and spacious. Breakfast had everything you need: coffee, fresh juice, warm bread and something sweet. There is also a pool with clear water and sunbeds. Neighborhood was calm, I felt safe during my stay as a solo-travel woman.

Cons: For me breakfast is a little bit too late (from 9-10 am), but it's just my opinion. It was worth to wait for it :)

Blissful Holiday in Albufeira

Pros: The friendliness of the owners and delicious meals prepared by Linda. The location is peaceful and homely with everything you need on site. A lovely garden and pool plus a nice restaurant.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Wonderfu holiday experience

Pros: We loved how welcome we felt. Linda. Armando lari and Elmeira were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was cleaned every day. Lovely ensuite. Fresh towels. Balcony to relax. The pool area and quaint garden were beautiful. Linda is an amazing cook. Beautiful breakfasts.

Cons: There was nothing negative to say about this beautiful guesthouse. Close to bus stop which takes you to Old Town Albufeira. Ten minute walk to lovely beach

Highly recommend

Pros: Linda and Armando were extremely welcoming upon my arrival. They were very accommodating throughout my stay, making sure I had everything and gave me ideas on what to do during my solo travel. The food prepared during my stay was exquisite! They had a beautiful garden situated outside the villa, which was a very calming and it had a peaceful atmosphere. All the staff team at sunshine were extremely nice and welcoming also. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Albufeira to stay with Linda and Armando at their Sunshine accommodation.
