Clean, friendly, excellent breakfast.

Pros: Room size was excellent, clean and offered a coffee machine. Staff amazing, couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend, quite noisy on a night but didn’t affect our sleep

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Easy check in instructions as we arrived late evening. Great location, nice pool and comfortable bed.

Cons: Not really much to write here Nescafé coffee pod machine could do with some instructions for those who have never used one before. Music can be heard until 4am. Slight incline when walking back from main square/strip

Pros: It was quiet and very clean. The staff were very kind and accommodating. It’s based in a great location.

Fabulous birthday trip!

Pros: Amazing location and lovely pool. Treated me to a bottle of wine for my birthday and changed our sheets each day. The beach bag with pool/beach towels was a really great touch. Pool to ourselves and convenient for walk around the town and the tunnel to the beach. Highly recommended.

Cons: The town is very party orientated and people are still sing karaoke at 2am not far from the guest house. There are ear plugs provided.

Fantastic in every way

Pros: Central location to everything, very clean and comfortable and friendly staff

Cons: I loved the location but noise can be heard late into the night as it is overlooking the main square. Nothing they can do about it but just got people wanting a quiet location perhaps stay slightly further away. But I absolutely loved the Bertolina and I will definitely return

Excellent hotel, just bear in a mind parking and noise issues

Pros: Very well located, if you are driving mind you’ll have to park a few blocks away, which was not a problem for us. Cozy room, comfortable, a classic Portuguese chic hotel.

Cons: It’s right in the heart of albufeira so we could listen all the noise from the nightclubs, it was extremely loud. There are earplugs in the room to help with this though.

Pros: Perfectly situated to explore all that Old Town in Albufeira had to offer. The host Andreia and her team do a fantastic job. Planning our return next year already!
