Falésia II - Nice Apartment - Vilamoura

Pros: Amount of available space, comfortable settee, location, view from balcony.

Cons: Unavailability of dedicated sunbeds by the pool. Whilst there were some sunbeds on the balcony most of the ones around the pool were owned by specific apartments. Patio umbrella was broken (which had been mentioned in previous reviews). Our electricity went out for no apparent reason however someone came to fix it within a couple of hours. Lock at the front door is a proper issue (which has also been mentioned in previous reviews). Whilst I understand it might be an issue for the building maintenance to fix it really does need sorted. Several times we thought that we weren't going to be able to get into the building!

Lovely stay

Pros: We love the location. The outlook. Spacious apartment. Large balcony.

Cons: The difficult front door lock. Shortage of kitchen equipment ( soon rectified,once we informed HD properties) No instructions for appliances. The information on booking.com states the property has a lift,but there isn't. The pool needs some maintenance as there were lots of tiles missing and the sides of the pool were green all round the top of the water.( we did inform HD properties whilst we were there and understand that this is a condominium problem)

Nice apartment.

Pros: The two bedroom apartment was very spacious & clean with a large balcony and a nice outlook over the garden and pool. It's well situated and has a couple of supermarkets and cafes nearby. The Marina and beach is only 25 min walk..I would stay here again.

Cons: The apartment was fairly well equipped but could have done with a few more cups and large beer glasses .and possibly more pans for cooking.. The write-up on property says there's a lift, but I could not find it. Main issue was with the front door to the apartment block as key would not work and had to try for several minute every time to get it to work ,which if no one was in my apartment to let me in I would have been locked out...it really needs to get sorted .

Pros: Good spacious apartment, well managed by HD properties 15-20min walk to marina ,quiet neighbourhood

Cons: Some soft furnishings well worn and badly needed replacing. Lock at the front door was tricky to open

Pros: A nice apartment in a quiet area with a reasonable distance to town and beach. Will definitely visit Vilamoura again!

Cons: A lot of people in the pool area and a few days it ess really dirty in the pool water. The sunbeads one the balcony was not so good. But it small things on the totally it was very nice!

Pros: Superb a lovely spacious apartment very clean and well managed. Lovely large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sun all day also an electric barbecue. 2 Lovely large bedrooms comes Highly recommended I would definitely stay here again 😀

Pros: The location was perfect for us, 15mins walk to the Old Village area with bars and restaurants and 15mins walk the other way to the marina with bars and restaurants and when we needed peace and tranquility we returned to the apartment.

Cons: The seating in the lounge area was a bit poor.
