Marina Mar - Near the beach - Vilamoura

Property was well positioned for all the local amenities and restaurants

Pros: The balcony was amazingly large looking over the entrance to the marina

Great short stay at the Marina Mar

Pros: Communications very easy & met personally at the property. Location excellent & the Petunia cafe bar & Spar supermarket are excellent. Apartment was really comfortable with all the equipment & facilities you could require.

Cons: Only one set of keys between two people, no safe luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. Would be better served with key code access to both the complex & apartment.

Cons: beds in one of the bedrooms were a little uncomfortable

Pros: The location is excellent, very near the beach. There are lots of activities nearby. The property is very well maintained.

Cons: The bed mattress is hard, better if it has a mattress topper for additional comfort. Also my personal towel was washed by the cleaners and was not returned before we left the property.

Pros: Fabulous location - so close to port. Very spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped kitchen. Great balcony. Very good value for money

Cons: We used it as a base as the location was so good. Only spent the odd hour by the pool, but probably wouldn’t want to spend the day there.

The pros far outweigh the cons in this apartment. Very Comfortable.

Pros: Very nice apartment. Strange smell at times! Lovely balcony but didn't get sun until afternoon. Nice young man brought our keys ( we had to wait some time - but our flights had been delayed). He very kindly carried our luggage upstairs. There was no lift - although we had been assured there was, Lift did not go to the floor where No.9 - 19 are. We had to ask a workman to carry our luggage downstairs when leaving. Location is one of the best in Vilamoura.

Cons: We had to telephone to arrange cleaning although we had been assured that cleaners would be there on a certain day. Lack of lift was a problem for us as we had been told there was a lift and we have slight mobility issues.

Pros: Excellent location just off the Marina close to the beach, shops and restaurants

Cons: The apartment was cold at night but electric heaters were provided. Construction work being done on the building so it is noisy during the day

Relaxing and enjoyable

Pros: Location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the marina and beach. The balcony is great and has the sun most of the day. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The whole apartment is homely and quite well equipped.
