Portugal 🇵🇹

Pros: O apartamento tem bastante utensílios de cozinha, e loicas, bem como 2 maquinas de cafe (diferentes), em termos de utensilios e equipamentos de cozinha esta de topo. Bom ambiente no condominio. Parqueamento facil. Bom AC. Boa TV cabo e NET.

Cons: A torneira não é misturadora, logo o consumo de agua é maior, e se quisermos poupar agua temos de voltar a regular a agua com as 2 torneiras, e o cilindro não é infinito. Tem de ter cortinados no quarto, verifica-se que ja existiram, mas entra bastante luz, tive de ser engenhoso na obstrução da luz, mas bastava voltar a colocar o cortinado. As cadeiras do exterior tem de ser de um plastico de maior resistência.
