Aldeia do Mar Studio Vilamoura Center - SWIMMING POOL

Ideal location, lovely pool & clean apartment.

Pros: Location was ideal, with a shop & cafe right beside the apartment, it was clean, close to the Marina & beach.

Cons: Even though there was instructions sent & photos to access the keys on arrival, trying to find the lockbox was difficult & had to ask the local estate agent in their office to help, the lockbox was hidden amongst bushes.

Great location!

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything we needed..it was in a great location to the marina, the beach and the shops. The company kindly provided photos that helped with easy access to the keys on arrival and to the pool.

Cons: The pool had sunbeds, which were numbered and padlocked. There did not appear to be any numbered for our apartment. This proved difficult when spending time at the pool.

Great, secure and pleasant stay

Pros: Easy to find, room plenty big enough for me and felt secure

Cons: Could have a lift in there as for carrying golf clubs and suitcases

Comfortable apartment in great location.

Pros: Great location close to the marina and supermarket close by.

Cons: Hard to navigate the entry procedure when we arrived late at night but once we found the right key safe we managed it.

Perfect stay.

Pros: Good location, 5 to 10 minutes to the marina. Quiet, away from road. Supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Balcony was south facing so had sun all day. Apartment had everything I needed.

We enjoyed our stay when we eventually got into appartment

Pros: The accommodation and location were excellent, appartment very clean and contained everything we required for the stay. The location was very close to shops, restaurants and Marina.

Cons: We think 18 00hrs is very late to obtain the key, as we were in Faro airport at 13 00hrs with no place to leave luggage. We made 3 phone calls to clarify directions to get into appartment, as we experienced some confusion between the use of the key pad and the safe code. A photograph of safe code would be useful for those not familiar with use of same.

Pros: This property was close to the marina. There was a supermarket at the side of the apartments which was great. The apartment was spotless and couldn’t fault it.

Cons: The only small thing I didn’t like was there was no sunbeds available for our apartment. All the beds have their apartment number on them so you couldn’t use them. I would have paid extra to hire some for the duration I was there.

Pros: Central location. Within walking distance of everything.

Cons: 1. Access not made clear which key master to use. 2. No wifi password in guest manual. 3. No gas upon arrival for hob. 4. No English tv.

Perfect Location

Pros: The location was excellent, everything was near. A small supermarket 1 min away or a larger one 8 mins walk away (cheaper prices). Pool area was great. Coffee machine (both supermarkets sold the pods) and washing machine an added bonus. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided along with pool towels (as well as bath/hand towels).

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like so these are certainly not issues - we had a misunderstanding with the key fob for the gate but this was easily resolved. We also couldn't get the gas hob to light, even with matches but it definitely didn't affect our holiday.
