Residences Golf Club Apartment

Good experience for the price.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and has central A/C. The condominium has a dedicaded garage to park the car inside and a big swimming pool surrounded by a big garden. There’s a very spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The host is very nice and helpful.

Cons: The apartment is facing north and facing the street and it can get a bit noisy in the night. During the day it was also a bit noisy because there’s a construction site right in front of the condominium. The noise was not a big problem though as the windows block most of it and we barely stayed in the apartment during the day.

Pros: Too clean, kitchen is well equipped, the pool is big and calm to be able to sit and relax on it’s area.

Cons: A bit far from restaurants, but it’s wasn’t an issue.

A nice stay

Pros: The introduction and key pickup was very easy, thanks to Nuno for waiting for me in order to check me in. The appartment was very clean and the views from the balcony were also very nice. The bed was comfortable and generally in a quiet area apart from the construction work but thats not the fault of the host.

Cons: It would've been better if handsoap and shower gel were provided. Towels and various cleaning products were so I don't see why these can't have been. Some of the cooking utensils were in bad shape and it would also help to have some bare cooking essensials like olive oil, salt, pepper and butter. The Wifi didn't seem to work properly so stayed on data for the duration.

Fantastic stay

Pros: What a beautiful apartment on the fourth floor. (Quite high if anyone is afraid of heights or suffers from vertigo). Gorgeous swimming pool and tennis courts. Close to the supermarket, beach, port, restaurants and Aquashow water park.

Apartamento muito agradável

Pros: Apartamento espaçoso, cama confortável, boa varanda, jardim e piscina maravilhoso.

Cons: Sofá desconfortável (cama incorporada estava partida), limpeza do frigorífico e congelador.

Pros: Check-in fácil e rápido, apartamento acolhedor e muito bem equipado. Instalações impecáveis. Recomendo vivamente

Pros: Apartamento decorado con mucho gusto, muy acogedor y con todos los utensilios que necesitas. Tranquilidad total por la noche. No pudimos disfrutar las piscinas e instalaciones exteriores por las fechas y el tiempo pero tenían muy buena pinta

Cons: Si tienes coche propio no es problema, pero si no, algo alejado de todo

Heerlijk appartement , alles is aanwezig wat je wenst. Vooral het bed en het balkon waren prima.

Pros: Het was een heerlijk appartement. Alles wat nodig was , was aanwezig. Vooral het bed was zeer goed en een fijn balkon. Ook was het erg leuk ingericht. In en uitchecken ging gemakkelijk.

Cons: Er had een beschrijving kunnen liggen , bij voorkeur in het Engels met o.a. de Wificode. Misschien was het ook leuk geweest dat de verhuurder b.v. via de whatsapp gevraagd had of alles in orde was. Het contact voor het verblijf was ook een beetje onduidelijk. Eerst werd gezegd dat we 1 dag van te voren een code zouden krijgen van een sleutelkastje. Daarna werd ineens gezegd dat we moesten bellen bij aankomst op de airport en we dan iemand zouden ontmoeten bij het appartement. Dit kwam misschien omdat we een late aankomst hadden.

Pros: Muy buen apartamento, muy cómodo y muy limpio. Con parking y piscina

Cons: Quizás la localización algo alejada y sin ninguna tienda ni cafetería cerca que probablemente tengan en el futuro
