Pros: Uma boa localização e ambiente muito calmo. Apartamento com tudo o que é preciso para quem precisar de cozinhar ou de lavar roupa ou de engomar. Tem máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louça, secador para cabelo, tábua de engomar e ferro de engomar, e placa de indução para cozinhar, assim como micro-ondas e máquina para café e varinha mágica. Toalhas e roupa de cama nos armários, caso precise.

Cons: O checkout é muito cedo o que significa a perda de um dia de férias. Colocar dados e informações pessoais na internet para reservar e se identificar é um crime que o governo e as empresas obrigam, violando os direitos dos cidadãos, mas que infelizmente os cidadãos apoiam e defendem devido ao seu baixo QI.
