Great Apartment in its own complex

Pros: The apartment was lovely, clean and had a great rooftop terrace. Enjoy Villamoura were a great host, and incredibly helpful. Washing machine, WiFi available.

Cons: Mattresses just a little too hard for our family but this is of course subjective to own preference. Slightly too far from the coast. Many of the onside cafes were cash only. Jaffas supermarket prices onsite inflated (but Intermarche 15 minutes walk away so easily accessible).

I would highly recommend staying at the Old Village. This place is an absolute gem.

Pros: We loved everything about our stay here. The apartment is split over 4 floors and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was lovely having breakfast on the rooftop patio in the mornings and watching the sunset over the beautiful landscape in the evening 😍 We also had a garden view which is lovely- the grounds throughout the village are beautiful and well kept. The buildings are individually styled to look traditional and it feels authentic as you walk along the cobbled paths. I think the best thing is that there are no cars on the site so you can simply enjoy walking around. It is around 15/20 minute walk to the marina in Vilamoura and if you want to get around I would recommend downloading Bolt (similar to Uber). It costed around €16 to get to Faro and a taxi was around €38.

Cons: Nothing!

Would highly recommend this property and the owner was very helpful

Pros: Ideal location approximately 20 minute walk to Vilamoura Marina and beach, It was peaceful with good facilities.

Cons: We stayed for a month from end of February to end of March and it go a little chilly in the evenings even with a oil fired radiator

Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Pros: Das Old Village ist hervorragend, absolut sauber und sicher. Die Dachterrasse und die Sonnenuntergäne weden wir vermissen. Zum Einkaufsladen und Bankautomat sind es nur wenige Schritte. Der wunderschöne Falesia-Strand ist auch zu Fuß zu ereichen (30 Min.) Die Vermieter waren sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab. Die Portugiesen sind ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Völkchen. Man kommt mit Englisch hervorragend zurecht.

Cons: Die Küchenausstattung hätte besser sein können. Es ist eher ein Sammelsurium von Tellern, Besteckteilen usw.
