Pros: The terrace was great with fantastic views, very private, the shower was very good, you couldn't have wished for a closer apartment to the beach, close to the bars & restaurants by and on the beach, frequent buses to Faro Town, also a taxi boat service.

Cons: Shower room was too narrow,the toilet seat was broken, the sink tap was loose, the hob kept tripping the r c d and, handle for the terrace door fell off and the wifi is very weak, all of the above were reported to Seashells to be rectified, you need to be fit to take your cases up the four flights of stairs and its over priced compared with other better apartments in the same block with more space.

Not even a minute from the beach

Pros: Kept in touch with the agents and they sent all the instructions through. They said how to get there and gave the address and lock box code.

Cons: Nothing it was all very easy for when we got there

Amazing location, perfect for beachgoers!

Pros: Amazing location! but bare in mind its loads of stairs to get to the property. I did struggle with 2x 20kg suitcases so i would say its perfect for someone who travels lightly ;D Property had everything needed + exceptional views :)

Cons: Slight smell from the bathroom

Wonderful place, couldn't recommend more highly for a winter getaway

Pros: Location was unbelievable - beachside, rooftop sun terrace with views of both the sea and lagoon. The terrace has a fantastic glass-enclosed room with couches - absolutely perfect for the cooler evenings at the time of year we visited.

Cons: Bathroom doorway is quite narrow

Perfect for a relaxing break at the beach.

Pros: The location is directly over looking the beach. 2 options to get into Faro town via bus or ferry. 5 mins from Faro airport. The Admin team were supportive before and during our stay.

Cons: Personnally any issues we experienced were minor and replied / solved by the admin team quickly.

Pros: Vue idyllique depuis la terrasse. La plage se trouve juste en bas! Lit très confortable. Personnel agréable et réactif. Centre ville desservi par bus, ou, encore moins cher, par bateau (à 10 mn de marche du studio). Odeur désagréable d'égout dans le studio mais que l'on peut faire disparaitre simplement en bouchant les éviers. Bonne expérience à Faro. Portugais très accueillants.

Cons: Ménage un peu négligé à notre arrivée. Draps / serviettes propres cependant.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt super!

Pros: Ich habe diese Unterkunft wegen der Lage gebucht und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht!! Man ist direkt am Strand und hat super Anbindungen mit dem Bus zur Faro Innenstadt für einen guten Preis. Die Gegend ist auch ruhig und es sind wenige Touristen unterwegs. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft super und trotz der einigen Mängel war es ein toller Urlaub mit meinen Freunden! :)

Cons: Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll in der Woche, in der ich in Faro war. Es hat oft geregnet und gestürmt, weshalb das erste Zimmer manchmal überflutet wurde und wir Handtücher unter die Tür legen mussten. Außerdem ist der Strom paar Mal ausgefallen, obwohl wir lediglich den Herd angemacht haben. Ließ sich aber relativ gut wieder anmachen durch das Umlegen des Schalters am Stromkasten. Im Bad ist der Abfluss in der Dusche etwas dreckig, die Tür dort ist eine Schiebetür, die nicht komplett zugeht und im Zimmer an der Terasse kleben viele tote Fliegen an der Wand..

Super

Pros: Bcp de choses: emplacement, de bonnes infos par whatapp des gens qui gèrent , le lieu magnifique, belle vue, originalité de l’appartement en dernier étage. Tranquillité.

Cons: Un peu d’humidité qui arrivait le soir. On aerait bien les journées avec le soleil. Terrasse à l’ombre le matin. Il aurait fallu 2 couvertures en plus ( nuits très fraîches)

Pros: - Strandnähe - super Kommunikation mit Betreiber - alle Geräte usw gut funktioniert (Kochfeld, Wassekocher, Microwelle, Waschmaschine usw) - Küchenausstattung klein - hat uns jedoch für knapp eine Woche ausgereicht

Cons: - alles ziemlich \

Spectacular location

Pros: Perfect accommodation for a couple, well appointed with everything you need. Brilliant location just a ten minute taxi ride (€5 with Bolt ) from the airport. The terrace overlooking the beach is exactly as shown in the photos and it's a two minute stroll to swimming in the clear blue ocean. There's a small shop for essentials a ten minute walk from the apartment and plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance.

Cons: Can be a little noisy depending on your neighbours during your stay.
