Fabulous apartment in a perfect location with amazing views.

Pros: Overall the apartment is very well maintained and well equipped to cover all your needs. This is our 4th visit to this apartment and we never get tired of the fabulous views, day & night, from the balcony on this 6th floor apartment. The balcony is large and stretches across the full width of the property and has links from both bedrooms and the lounge. the quality of the wi-fi in all rooms is excellent. Jose is an excellent host and is extremely helpful and provides all the information and advice you need. The location, with the beach and Old Town minutes away, is perfect with plenty of restaurants to choose from ( we recommend The Bistro or Casa Da Fonte but book in advance for both). We look forward to visit number 5 next year.

Cons: Having to 'borrow' sunbeds from the pool area and return them before we leave. Do not want to make an issue of it but it is a nuisance having to do it.

Pros: The location was very convenient, close to the nightlife and beach but far enough away that the noise will not bother you with the balcony doors closed. Ac was very good and the room had many amenities that other similar apartments may not have e.g. dishwasher, washing machines.

Cons: The beds were a little hard and some of the amenities were quite old, but still functional.

Amazing stay 10/10

Pros: José met us at the apartment and was very lovely and accommodating, told us everything we needed to know. The location was unreal very central to old town yet the noise level at night wasn’t bad at all. The apartment was clean and very comfortable too and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

Cons: Very strange thing.. but there was a very weird smell that came from the small bathroom in the apartment that became worse and worse everyday so none of us used that bathroom we all used the big bathroom. Other than that we had 0 complaints at all and we had a very pleasant experience.

Pros: The owner kindly showed us around the apartment, and we were able to check in well before 2 pm, for which we were very grateful for. What an amazing apartment!!! The location is absolutely perfect!! A few minutes away from the beach and old town. The views from the apartment are breathtaking! My son said one morning, 'How lovely it is to wake up to this amazing view'. It is very specious with a huge balcony/terrace. The swimming pool looks lovely too. However, we run out of time to use it. You can hear the music from the clubs in the old town at night, but if you would like to be close to the beach and old town you can't avoid it. We would definitely come back to this beautiful place and were so lucky to actually book it as others in this price range could not compare to this apartament, in my opinion. What a beautiful stay at Azul/Mar!!!!

Perfect apartment in a great location with amazing views

Pros: Location is excellent with lovely views over the Old Town and the beach. Very clean and well maintained property

Cons: No sunbeds still an issue.

Pros: the terrace was great with views of the sea and the old town. plenty of space in the apartment and good kitchen .

Cons: The instruction's for access to the property were not very clear. We arrived at the property and there was no access phoned the owner but had to wait over half and hour. If we had better instructions we could have phoned from the airport.

We will likely return.

Pros: We loved the location except for the nightclub singing in the evening. We tuned it out after a few days. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated having a washing machine and dishwasher. We were also happy to pay a little extra to have a cleaner come in part way through our stay. Parking on site was convenient. Our host was very responsive to our queries. We felt safe in this location.

Cons: A heated swimming pool would have been appreciated. We love to swim but it was just too cold.

Lovely large well maintained apartment in a perfect location

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Amazing view from the balcony with all day sunshine and lovely sunsets. Perfect location with just a short walk to the town centre and it’s many restaurants.

Cons: No sun loungers was a disappointment despite them being in the apartment description. Had to borrow 2 from the pool area and return them at the end of our stay. No small plates, only 6 large ones ( minor complaint I know).

Lively stay in Albufeira old town

Pros: Perfect location for the old town, fantastic terrace, lovely pool, great views

Cons: The apartment shows a few signs of wear and tear but still great value
