Great Hosts, Great Breakfast, Great Vibes

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Casa Areias. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, the apartment was spotless and comfortable, and the whole place felt calm and relaxing, especially around the pool and gardens. Breakfast was a real highlight, varied, fresh, and genuinely memorable.

Cons: Minor heads-up: the stairs to the top floor are on the steep side and can feel a bit tricky, we treated it like bonus cardio.

Pleasant short break

Pros: Breakfast was very nice and proper fresh coffee . Sea view apartment with lovely views.

Cons: Steps should have the edges highlighted to avoid accidents at the access areas to the pool, I fell and sprained my ankle. Very cold at night. No heating. couldnt get TV to work.

Cons: Having a car is recommended to see the area. The kitchen and bathroom were dated, but they are working on improving this.

Perfect, would like return again.

Pros: The place is in very good quiet location. Owners are amazing, very nice, friendly people. The apartment was very comfortable. Beds are the best I experienced on holidays so far. Everything was spotlessly clean. The garden is lovely with nice swimming pool. Perfect, tasty breakfast. Would definitely wish to return again.

Cons: I would add aircon into each room. But that is only small matter compared to overall experience.
