Downtown Art Flat

Pros: The apartment is on the 6th floor(it's a lift there) specious, very clean and comfortable. Located in city centre. The apartment is quiet with air-conditioning There is a washing machine, iron, dishwasher and it's really well equipped. There are two small balconies. This apartment met all my expectations. The host is very friendly.

Pros: Well maintained apartment close to all amenities. Quiet and comfortable. Someone was at the apartment to meet us and had no problems. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Cons: Old building so entrance & hallways very dark & dated but apartment itself very modern & was fab.

Pros: Great location, all new decorated and equipped, air conditioned.

Cons: The downstair door is complicated to open. The dish washer is out of service. We are supposed to have 2 rolls of toilet paper but finally we only have one. The bed is a little bit small for 2.

Comfortable, cozy, and clean place to stay, would definitely recommend.

Pros: Really optimized space, all the facilities you could possibly need on holiday. When we stayed here we had netflix on the flatscreen and also watched the euro games on local channels. Perfect for two people. AC was working perfectly and adjustable so you don’t get sick overnight.

Cons: Absolutely no complaints.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Art Flat. The apartment is modern, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, being less than ten minutes away from both the beach and the city center, yet it remains very quiet. It’s also within walking distance of a supermarket, Flixbus stop, and car rental services. Free parking in the area is easy to find. Additionally, the manager is very nice and friendly. Another perk is a café run by the same team, which offers bowls, smoothies, and other healthy foods, along with a 10% discount for guests.

Cons: Even though I informed the manager about our arrival time in advance through booking.com, nobody met us at the apartment, and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to bring us the keys. Also, the dishwasher wasn’t working. The manager mentioned it needed replacement, as this was a recurring issue, so we had to manage without it.

Pros: Really clean and comfortable apartment, perfect location to the Old Town and the best air conditioning ever! The owner was very responsive to any queries I had and check in/check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Très bien situé, parking gratuit à la rue derrière. Nous avons récupéré les clés à l'endroit communiqué. L'appartement est moderne, calme, propre et plutôt confortable.

Cons: Il manquait de papier toilette, pas de réserve de serviettes sdb et pas de lavette pour laver la table.

Pros: A localização é excelente, o anfitrião da dicas de onde estacionar o carro na rua sem ter que pagar. A acomodação é ótima e condizente com as fotos, toda equipada.
