Paradise Near Old Town

Great Apartment in a perfect location

Pros: We have stayed in various apartments in the Bayview complex and we found this one to be clean and comfortable with all amenities for a great holiday, location is perfect, short walk to all the shops and restaurants in the old town and the beach is also only a 5 minute walk. Nuno responded quickly to anything we needed and communication for check in and out very clear. Lovely sea views. Would definitely return.

Cons: Few areas needed a little TLC, nothing major but Nuno told us he is getting them sorted so next time all will be perfect, balcony a bit small compared to others but next floor up Is a communal roof terrace which we used on a few occasions.

Pros: Location - so close to the Old Town Apartment - secure , it has a coded entrance door Extremely clean with everything you could need even down to wash tabs for the machine Pool clean with plenty of sunbeds Owner Nuno was easily contactable View beautiful and the sea only a 5 min walk

Pros: Great location, quiet spot but only a 5-10 minute walk to old town centre and beach. Our host, Nuno, was very helpful and answered any query’s within 5-10 minutes via WhatsApp. He sent clear instructions on the day before we arrived which made everything very easy. We stayed in apartment 505 and it was a perfect room for a young couple. WiFi worked fast and air conditioning was very strong so the heat was never an issue.

Cons: Overall positive experience, would only recommend to be aware that the apartment is up a bit of a hill from the old town but nothing too crazy.

Amazing apartment in old town. Book it!!

Pros: Great bright apartment in a lovely location. Pool was perfect and always clean. Walk to the beach in 10 minutes or less. Loved having a washing machine. Elevator was great for the suitcase or tired legs!! Bed was comfortable and no outside noise at night was great This apartment has everything you would need for a super relaxing holiday.

Cons: Would have liked an extra sheet as we had to try and wash and dry the one sheet in one day. Also a tea towel would be great.

Pros: Location was good apartment 505 had everything you needed for self catering

Pros: Great communication with the owner so no problem checking in even though we were late. Central to everything just a short walk to shop and good breakfast at eddy's bar

Absolute gem

Pros: The apartment was extremely well equipped, kitchen had everything, bathroom had hairdryer with diffuser, iron, ironing board, washing machine. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished with quality. Location was perfect. Down the hill to Sol E Mar hotel (over the tunnel). The hill may be an issue if you have mobility issues (not for us) but there's always taxis. The host was extremely helpful. Throughly enjoyed and highly recommend this gem.
