Very good value for money

Pros: Excellent location. Very spacious apartment. Two bedrooms. The smaller bedrooms appears to have been converted (and enlarged) from a storage room and therefore has no window. Underground parking garage, which is very convenient. Even it is a bit narrow. Very good price and great value for money. The host was very kind and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, which we really appreciated.

Cons: Considering the very attractive weekly price, the apartment generally offers good value for money. And i reflected this by my rating. That said, there are still a few points that could be improved, especially for winter stays: The air conditioning has not been working since May (according to the previous comments) and was still not functional during our stay in December, which made the apartment cold in winter. After we raised the issue, an electric heater was immediately provided, which helped. The hot water temperature only reaches around the mid-30s °C, which is not warm enough for comfortable showers in winter. Both the host and Irina are nice. Irina is responsible for the day-to-day management of the apartment; however, she does not speak English, which made communication somewhat challenging. Although the host was always reachable and helpful, messages had to be relayed through them, which resulted in delays in communication.

Pros: I’ll start by saying that the location is excellent — about 40 minutes from the airport and only a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. There are plenty of restaurants and clubs around, making it a perfect place both for families with children and for young people who want to go out in the evening. Everything is within easy reach. There’s even an Aldi supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. Communication with the owner is super easy through WhatsApp or the Booking app. There are no extra charges for late check-in or check-out. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to cook for yourself. I truly recommend this place!

Pros: Very clean and modernised on the inside. Great location if you want to be near the strip. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were let in by lovely people who were waiting for us.

Pros: Apartment was lovely and modern. There was 5 of us and at times we did find it hard to find our own space at times but it all worked out. Twin bedroom is very tight and with no air-con it got very warm at times. The double bedroom was lovely with a comfortable bed and space to move about in. The living area and the kitchen as big and couldn’t complain about anything. Balcony was nice with q decent enough view. Was good enough for us 😊

Cons: Twin room I would say was the only hard thing to deal with. Two men sleeping in the same tight room with no air-con the lads found it hard to stay cool as the days where reading 27 degrees throughout our week stay.

Perfect apartment to chill at

Pros: very clean, great location and very affordable. Accommodated a late change to the booking and they met us at midnight after our flight was delayed.
