Glamour Apartment With Pool

Stunning apartment, with large terrace, great space that has the sun all afternoon.

Pros: Beautiful apartment would highly recommend. Easy access to check in and check out with key safe. Supermarket 5min walk away. Uber service for taxi recommended, as quick and cheap.

Cons: Local residents who live on site are miserable and rude. Stopped me and my 8yr old Son from playing with a ball on the grass area on a slope, at the back of the resident area, adjacent to the pool. Far away from people bathing and we were quiet. They said it encourages “ 5 aside football games” lol. Where there’s no where near enough room for that. However did not speak to the young British group of girls / boys drinking alcohol and playing ball at / in the pool area. We felt that we were an easy target, as we were a quiet family of 4. However this would not stop us from booking this stunning apartment again.

Pros: Very spacious and modern appartement, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC , spacious living room with open modern kitchen, major needed equipment available. Big balcony with BBQ grill. Access to the pool and garage. Supermarket very near and 5min drive to the city center.. Feel like at home from the first minute. Nuno was very helpful and kind.

Cons: Ait condition issues at the beginning until we knew how it works … else nothing to dislike

Excellent

Pros: The location was easy to find, it provided underground garage for the car, the view was nice, all the rooms were comfortable, everything was clean, tidy. You have everything you need for a business or personal holiday in Albufeira. The location is very close to a gas station and supermarket, 15-20 min walk distance from the beach and center so altogether it's a very good accommodation.

Cons: There isn't much I could say i dislike about it. All the things that could have gone wrong, went smooth with the owner, he even replied during late hours, so that's a big plus for him.

Excellent séjour, mais avec quelques petits détails à améliorer pour le prix proposé.

Pros: Le contact a été rapide et convivial. Appartement bien situé. Décoré avec un très bon goût. Voisinage pas trop bruyant, c'est agréable. Jardin, piscine, très bien entretenu.

Cons: La qualité des matelas... ressorts qui font du bruit à chaque fois que l'un de nous bouge la nuit. :-) Un petit effort sur la propreté (salles-de-bains, poussoir Duo-Fix manquant, fenêtres, ...). Traces sur murs et portes. Dommage que les personnes qui louent un pareil objet n'en prennent pas plus soin. Dommage qu'il n'y ai qu'une seule clé, surtout avec de jeune adultes qui ne rentrent et sortent pas tous aux mêmes heures.

Pros: Prima apartment. Nieuw, mooi verzorgd en netjes. Buiten het drukke centrum van Albufeira, zeer rustig. De verantwoordelijke Nuno was altijd te bereiken voor uitleg en was beschikbaar binnen zeer korte tijd. Een Intermaché op 300 meter en het strand op 2,9 km. Grote living en keuken, 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Mooi en groot terras en een prima verzorgd zwembad. En echte aanrader.

Cons: Eigelijk niets.

Pros: La struttura era completamente perfetta. Pulita e con tutti i comfort disponibili. La gentilezza del proprietario Nuno è stata poi la ciliegina sulla torta.

Buenisimo

Pros: Todo impecable, muy nuevo, casi a estrenar. Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con gran balcon y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos encantó

Pros: El apartamento es espectacular. Muy amplio, todo nuevo, camas muy cómodas y un gusto exquisito en la decoración. Nos hubiera gustado haber podido tener más tiempo libre para disfrutar de él

Pros: Apartamento muito confortável, Limpo e de boa localização. O proprietário Nuno é muito atencioso e educado. Piscina muito boa e com estacionamento privativo. Recomendo muito.
