Windmill Hill

Great stay in a quiet location.

Pros: The location, despite being in the south side of the old town and on top of a hill. There are a few steep hills to get to the beach and the main area with bars, restaurants and shops but they won’t be an issue for most people ( I managed and I have osteoarthritis in my hips!) The pool area was nice and the food served at the snack bar was exceptional quality. We didn’t book into the fine dining restaurant but would recommend the experience for couples and adults looking for something special. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Pros: We loved thr place. The location was nice. Yes it was hilly but we enjoyed walking into town. We liked the patio area too. The pool was lovely and shop was handy to have there as well. We loved all the flowers and was very good communication when I needed help with anything she would pick up straight away and help. Even got messages before we arrived which was nice.

Cons: We didn't like the sofa as it was uncomfortable to sit in, so maybe an update for sofas and one of the showers we had was scorching hot, and they had to use the other one. We would have liked to have a safe for our passports

Pros: The accommodation was spacious and very clean with all amenities to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The pool area was beautiful, peaceful but enjoyable for kids. Food and drinks in the pool bar were very enjoyable and had a great selection. Our host could not have been more helpful in any way. Great holiday!

Pros: Nice location. Relaxing without the crowds. The apartment we rented has a lovely rooftop terrace. Needed the air conditioning as the weather was nice and warm. It is lovely to have a washing machine as well as a dishwasher.

Cons: It's relaxing in a lovely location, but some people may struggle with walking as there's a few inclines.

Pros: We liked everything, the apartment was on a lovely quite resort. Apartment was clean, had air conditioning, and very near the pool.

Cons: I cant fault the property it was lovely and we would definitely go back.

Pros: Roomy and comfortable apartment. Clean and well-appointed and a great location for accessing Old Town on foot. Communication before and during our stay was clear and well-organised. Although most of our communication was done through the booking.com platform, Suzana stopped by in person to make sure everything was ok. Overall a great experience.

Cons: Nothing! We did think the pool looked bigger in photos than in reality. But we enjoyed it - it was deep enough for our pre/teen kids to play in without getting bored and it never felt crowded.

Pros: Very spacious, very clean, amazing communication from owner. The pool is beautiful. The pool bar has lovely food & very friendly staff. We had a lovely stay.
